I haven't had this particular one - but like the OP, I have an email address I use just for competitions and also have a lot of scam emails asking for all those sort of details, plus ones purporting to be from banks warning me my account is about be closed unless I log in and give all these details!
It's the downside of comping I'm afraid- mark them as spam and just delete them. Some, it's true, come from certain unscrupulous competition offers who have passsed on our email addresses, others are part (so I've been told) of something called a "dictionary attack" where we get mails that don't actually appear to be properly addressed to us - just spam.
It's annoying and time consuming and I'm starting to enter less competitions now because of it. I stick to the competitions from big companies, magazines, TV companies etc now and avoid the smaller ones on blogs etc.0 -

I've not had one to my comping address but regularly get this sort of email on my the addy I use for job seeking.
I've reported loads of them but still get them (usually when I update my CV on various jobsites)
My best advice is to delete it and forget it.
Alternatively you can go here: http://www.ico.gov.uk/for_the_public/topic_specific_guides/spam_emails.aspxThanks to those that post the comps!!
