Evening all! :wave: Just wondering if you can help me with a little question that's been bothering me .............

For the ITV cash comps does anyone know if they they check the electoral role at all to see if the name and the postcode match? It's just that I always enter these comps with my maiden name and am now getting the fear that maybe I should do it in my married name! :rotfl:

If someone wise could shed some light - that would be fab!

Not everyone is on the roll & I do not think it is part of the terms.

When I won a Real Deal competition a while ago, from what I remember, there were no checks regarding the electoral roll.

The only concern would be (I imagine), is that the cheque is made out to the competition entrant's name. If using your maiden name, that might cause a slight problem.

I am sorry to put this in the wrong place but I feel I have to warn people. I have an email address that I use exclusively for comping and have just had an email which I think is a scam (below with my name blanked out). I am not going to reply to it but I thought I should let you know as they only place they could possibly have got my address is from a comp I entered through here as this all I use it for.

Sorry to repeat but just received two email into my inbox. It does not happen very often , actually hardly ever that I get rubbish direcly with name, surname and email addy. So please be carful everyone!
