I agree. You can check comps ending tomorrow that have been added today by sorting by thread title and showing only those added today. Saves having to list them in here

I enter Facebook and Twitter and dont come in here because of exactly above...Attitude all wrong. I feel safer on Facebook and we all speak to each other in a civilised manner...sorry but I havent a clue whats happened to comps discussion the last few weeks. I need a Few A Levels to understand it...:eek:

Sorry forgot to say I post a lot of comps of Facebook....but not MSE...due to all this confusion and nit picking.

I have but one question

How come people that didn't know you could search in that way are told a way around it
BUT
people that don't know about the regulars board/stickies or are unsure where different types of post belong since the polls can't just be told where to post/find that type of comp in future?

Isn't it the same thing really (regardless of the number of people affected) - something that people just need to be educated about so we can all work to the same rules and start to live in peace and harmony again?

if someone is happy to post a few comp links that people might miss otherwise I can't see the issue

they're not being posted as a new thread so no disruption to the actual board, they're being posted in the comp discussion thread which is here to help people in their comping

I agree with that too.

I don't notice comps getting bumped on the first page to remind people to enter, I just sorta scoot straight down to display threads in end date. I would have missed out on entering the hourly Ipad comp if I hadn't seen it on here, and in Dailies. Plus theres been a few comps that PCL has posted here that I have then entered which I would have missed.

I do have a confession through - shockingly I completely missed out on entering todays comps, as I took my 3 children out altogether alone for the first time today and had fun instead

Morning all - am now back online but have ane computer with no roboform or snaplinks for FF - I can't for the life of me remember how to add them to my computer - please help! I need to get back into comping!!

Do you know how I can revert to a previosu version of FF - The one I have installed is 3.16.13 and Snaplinks isn't compatable! Typical!!

its a new snaplinks, called snaplinks plus or the multilinks addon that work with the newer ff's.
