Yep. 50p per review over 150 words, then 1.5p for every read it gets. I've made £15 so far, but it needs to reach £50 to take cash. i think you can get Amazon vouchers when you've reached £5.

I've reviewed everything I've ever bought... you can review films, cds, restaurants, websites, anything really. Easy reviews are things like McDonalds, Dooyoo itself, Ebay... the world and his wife have doen reviews on them.

And I just learned that if you review leg wax, which I did last night, you get a LOAD of hits. Must be a popular search.

Definitely joined this thread at the wrong time - not going to be able to add anything to my savings till the end of the month (not yet brave enough to put money in straight after pay day). I really should pay more attention to student loans mail shots I didn't realise you could see how much you owed online. When I track down the necessary paperwork I might sneak a peek, tho not 100% sure I want to know how much I owe, although I have been paying it off for 3 years now. Oh well as I'm not going to be able to get the paperwork till mid month I don't have to decide now!

Can I join? My net worth (excluding Student Loan, including interest free debt) has just ticked over to £100 after being in debt since graduating. Hoping to make that £5000 by the end of 2009!

Interesting thread, me and my partner are saving for a deposit and have really been saving in earnest for about a year. Our joint take home is £2700 and at the minute we put away £2100 which is a struggle but we tend to manage each month. We are lucky that we are at home and have supportive parents so rent is only £110 but we both run cars so we leave ourselves £160 each as "spending money" each month which is expected to go along way.

We are both lucky enough to be getting decent pay rises next month which will mean another £250 a month into savings but no more in our pockets! We keep motivated by buying things for our future house on a 0% credit card on a very strict budget but that deal comes to an end this month so the £2000 on there will have to be cleared which will feel a bit painful.

The target keeps going up but we have given ourselves april off so have a bit of money for ourselves, shame most of mine is going on car insurance and road tax!

Find a fixed 1 year ISA that is a good interest rate for the first £3600

Find a fixed 1 year normal saver that is a good interest rate for £2800

Get a regular saver account for the £250 a month. I beleive halifax have one fixed at 5% for a year.

Agree 100% with the first sentence here. But the Halifax Regular Saver is sadly now just 4%. I think Barclays are still doing 6%(?).
