Thanks all. I am v excited about having a utility room again :rotfl:. Even though there are no units in it at present. But they are leaving a small chest freezer and a tumble drier (v unlikely to have internal light though )

I am also sad enough to confess to using Pinterest to start some fireplace ideas. What will probably be a small version of this but in my dreams will be more like the DSA12 :rotfl:

Woodburners...Woodwarm are the best. They do double sided and stay in all night.
