C Touch up living room paint, Except this involves removing pictures and large mirror, filling in holes, washing walls, touching up paint, sitting and ignoring the fact that the touch ups are obvious and room looks dirty. Probably cracking and making a bolt for B&Q. But if I do the living room then hall gloss will look awful so I may crack there as well . Very, very frustrating day which I won't bore you with by going through it all. But living room now freshly painted - supposed to be Mocha but more a lilacy-grey-melted chocolate icecream :D. Darker than I'd have chosen if I was staying here but I'm not :rotfl:. Needs a second coat tomorrow but hopefully won't take long. And obviously will be done by 5pm :D.
Ok, it appears the decorating is being done by Bodge It & Scarper Inc. :D. Paint looks 'fine' with one coat, a few little bits need touched up, otherwise it will do.

Put a few things for sale on local FB selling page - spare bed gone for £20, bench & cushion £15, also gave away an old recliner yesterday so slowly but surely making progress :T. If the bubble wrap turns up today I'll really be able to get cracking (after doing quality control on it 1st obviously ;)).

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

So, just heard from removals people. Stuff being collected on 5th May. This is in 11 days time. I am at DD's for 1.5 of those days and also need to fit in a visit to Ikea. I am not going to panic. Nope, not at all. All will be fine :D.

I would leave it for now Alex, as Debs said you don't get that close. We were very lucky with our timings when we went a few years ago - it was July. The chicks were just about to fledge and you could see them 'helicoptering' above the nest and dropping back down. At present you would just see the parent on the nest and the other on a nearby perch or maybe bringing a fish back if you're very lucky.

I wanted to get out of having to do work ... ;)

I presumed you lived very close to Rutland Water as you do post regularly about the Ospreys, now I realise you can track them online. :)

    Mortgage Overpayments £5,500

Yup, Little LK can watch them hatching on the webcams :T. The top picture is amazingly clear.

    Peregrine at Norwich Cathedral:

Doesn't do much but has sound so when they hatch he'll be able to hear them calling for food :T.

And at Nottingham Uni they've already hatched:

Aw, there's four of them and they're being fed and making little noises :) Much cuter than the baby ospreys who are definitely no lookers ;)

Loads more about as well :)

So, panic put on hold while I visited the land of the meatballs :D. Managed to get everything I wanted including a very clever mirror that hinges and I can hang all my necklaces behind it :T:T:T - this is a very big thing for me :T:T:T.

Bed being collected shortly, steak and red wine for dinner (not necessarily in that order ;)) and then the [STRIKE]panicking[/STRIKE] packing commences. Once the quality control on the bubble wrap is done :D.
