Hmmmmmm, no confessions so I think it must have been a sign of love and appreciation :o;):T:)
Oops. Been lurking elsewhere for last few weeks . Now back and ready to use this thread to organise me. So, update time:
- No internet or landline for 3 weeks  (except work dongle). Long story, cable theft & damage, Sky not exactly covered themselves in glory (should have been reconnected a week before I was). Nice BT fixed it for me. Free line rental for a year as a result of complaining, that's around £150
.
- Currently doing SOA, will post later . Am actually unembarassed by it & have identified the reason I have no money is that I over-commit myself
.
- Work Xmas party yesterday, much fun & frivolity (fancy dress/posh clothes. Special mention to the Wizard of Oz group, especially the Tin Man, also Edward Scissorhands :T:T:T). Currently on sofa pretending a hangover is not lurking.
. Lovely Mr GG had his do also but didn't drink & came to pick me up so I could drink for a change :kisses2:, usually it's me picking him up.
- Neighbour came to door a few days ago, he's been out of work all year. Now got a job and bank have decided to pull his overdraft
. I've agreed to lend him £700 till early Jan , hope I've done the right thing
.
- Need to get dressed so I can go to cash machine to lift rest of money for him. Will also call at sweetie shop to get DS and DD the sugar mice for their stockings. Also one for my boss as he's never had one
. In return he's going to buy me a pickled egg as I've never had one of those . That was a fairly random conversation :rotfl:.
- Xmas tree going up later :xmastree:
- DS spent 6 hours insulating the loft on Thursday :T, thanks to npower's £1 a roll offer
. Hmmmm, just remembered he emptied the loft and only put back what HE thinks should go there. Anything else in the garage I want is up to ME to put back. Haven't ventured in there yet .
- Need to wrap Xmas pressies and work out what else I need to buy :xmassmile
- Money is exceptionally
- Need to log onto Spanish bank and check how it's going, so I can decide if I need to top up while I am out there.
- 12 sleeps till Spain :j

) (am sure it was £100 a few weeks back but I didn't want to swap till I got latest bill as I was due £100 discount on it
).

:xmassmile Merry Christmas to ME, Merry Christmas to me :xmassmile,
:snow_laug Merry Christmas dear me, Merry Christmas to me :snow_laugI have a bit of a thing about cabin baggage. Basically always looking for the perfect bag which weighs nothing so I can pack more, but also fits in the hand luggage boxes at the airport. I am always under 10kg, but get worked up about whether it will fit in the box - which it does, eventually. (Then I get on the plane and find people have managed to get on with their kitchen sink etc ).
So, decided to pay for a decent but fairly lightweight one. Rigid, so I don't need to squash it in, and which people have said on the reviews fits Ryanair. £59 - 10% code - 3% cashback = £51.05. I could probably have got it for £47 if I had gone through my works website, but then I couldn't have got it for next week, so to me it's worth an extra £4 for the stress.
So, Merry Christmas to me, this is my equivalent of Hypno's watch :rotfl:, only a lot cheaper.
PLEASE let me be happy with this one, please!!!!!!
Edit: Is it sad that I picked that colour because it would go with everything?
