Our dog didn't either. She had one old chair 'allocated' to her and that was it. Mind you, all of the household used to spend a fair chunk of the time sitting on the floor rather than the couches and chairs so I don't think she missed it much.
Actually she was occasionally allowed if she was sitting on someones lap but as she was so restless when she was it wasn't something that she did very often.Mini Challenge - Halve 2nd Mortgage by Year EndStarting: £10,000 Currently £8,142.62£3,142.62 to go!0 -
OK, wills agreed (BIG argument over who got money if both of us & 3 kids all gone. Told him it was going to donkey sanctuary if he didn't decide
). Just need final few changes then we can sign.
IHT pretty much sorted as far as we can without major changes. 2 properties to go into joint names (which they needed to anyway) and IHT much reduced as most of inheritance falls outside IHT.
I have a 10yr savings thingy maturing later this month. Worth £5 less than I paid into it :rotfl:, but there is a terminal bonus to come. From what I can gather that may tip it over to breakeven point. Still, 3k off btl mortage knocks over 2.5yrs off it. so happy enough.
Ebayed last weekend - just over £100 raised :T. Waiting on last 2 payments then will be withdrawing from paypal - another month off btl.
Found a few more things to sell last night, plus 2 items I hadn't put up last week, so will list those next weekend. Hopefully another £20 or so, not enough for another month off, but every little helps.
Waiting to get own car back - in for repairs and still not authorised, having to drive silly little courtesy car .
Booking for Easter & Whitsun flights tonight, that will make me v happy but ccard v sad
.
Ccard Rewards £5 due in a day or so. As soon as it shows on account I will pay another £5 off btl.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

TPAxMFW - We've only gone and blooming done it!May 2013:j0 -
Great title gallygirl, love it! :T0

Phew. I am glad all the serious stuff has been done. Relief I bet.
(The only reason my dog won't be on the sofa is he will probably never be big enough to jump. My mum's male one can't. However, he is a real lap baby, so he will probably end up on my knee frequently, and I caught DH already with him on his knee. The cat however has free reign.)0 -
Dogs on knees definitely allowed
.
Cats not allowed in house so no problem there (ducks quickly.........).
Still waiting on 2 ebayers to pay but £119.75 withdrawn from paypal :T.
Flights for Whitsun booked

If I was in a place where I could have ducks then they def. would be so you weren't so far wrong.
Been a funny few weeks.
Flights for Easter booked :T
Had the last of my birthday treats last weekend - champagne afternoon tea at The Dorchester with mate. DD was in London so met up with her & mate for cocktail in Picadilly 1st, and ended up with mate at Champagone Bar at St P Station. As one does :rotfl:. Made me laugh the nect day when I was cooking some whoopsied mince, that's much more my lifestyle
.
Been manic and quite stressful at work
With ebay money in, 1 month knocked off btl end date. Another £5 paid, which surprisingly didn't knock a month off :rotfl:
Cracking payrise of over 2k, looks like I'm still winging it :T. The rise won't be going to OP's though as I've been struggling recently to make planned OP's due to rising costs everywhere, so cutting myself some slack
Lovely weather again, Mr GG and I walked to local pub yesterday and sat outside - 2nd weekend in a row we've said let's enjoy it, it will be the last for a while - I suspect it will be though
Car insurance due next month , so is 1st MOT. I have a prepaid card for that, hopefully it will pass 1st time. Just done car tax, £30 for year
.
Need to finalise will & get it signed, also get houses into joint names - annoyed that C&G haven't written back to Mr GG about that. Need to chase
Finally had lounge ceiling plastered & now I've painted it. Just need to get cushions back from recovering and a few candles and I'll finally be happy with it :T
Still in PJ's - need to get to Asda to buy yogurts etc, then lock myself in study as paper monkeys have been partying again . Comfy here thoughA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

What another gift of a weekend! It does have to end sometime, but you were spot on to get out and enjoy it while it's here! I need to remember to turn the heating OFF for tonight and tomorrow morning!!!Borrowed £150,000 in an offset tracker mortgage in May 2007 - MFD May 2041 (67)

Yes, and I've 'enjoyed it' this afternoon by cleaning out the garage rather than the study.
I put some more paper on my desk earlier. I'm too afraid to go in there now. I picture the paper monkeys a bit like the Gremlins in Trump Towers - except bright light has no affect on them :rotfl:
