    Have been lurking a while... but no cuppa tea?! The worst is when OH has come back to bed with cuppa for himself but not me - you said you didn't want one - should know by now that I will merrily answer questions in my sleep without knowing it and should know me better than no cuppa! Pah!
    Erm, anyways, sounds like some crazy banking you're doing, good on yer.

    DS just been round talking mortgages etc. and what is likely to happen to the base rate. I found THIS :eek::eek::eek:. Although I know how unusual the base rate has been in the past 6 - 7 years it's shocking to see what it used to be. When I got married it was 10.625 - goodness knows what the mortgage rate was _pale_.

    Bill for work in btl a lot less than expected :T. Then I realised he'd sent me the wrong bill :rotfl:.
