Quick teabreak and rest my eyes from printed material rather then computer for a change
Just did a quick reccie and reckon I'm due for a rebate of £250 from N Power. Actually getting hold of it may prove to be a different matter.......
:hello: hello nice N Power rep if you're reading this. Just spoke to a very nice lady who said it may take 2 months to get my final bill and refund. Any suggestions to speeding this up?A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I did used to pay by direct debit for my utilities. Now i just pay when the bill comes in. I like not owing anyone any money and i like even more so them not owing me money as it can take an age to sort outThe thing that really irks me now though is how i still find it very unclear how they work the bill out - i can't think of any other bill that is presented in such a complicated way ? Unless it is just me
GG - hope the refund is sooner rather than later
