Brain dump/update (note cunning use of bullets :rotfl:):
- Night out last night for friend's birthday. Did enjoy it, but there was an element of 'thank **** I'm not single & don't have to do that on a regular basis' :rotfl:
- Groovy morning today, taster session at Rock Choir
, v good fun so will be signing up & maybe next year I'll be able to say 'Hello Wembley' :rotfl:
- Thanks to EH for talking about red kites, it reminded me I wanted to book an osprey cruise at Rutland Water, going next Sat at 6am
- Sofas ordered :j. Not so simple
. After being told the 30% offer ended at the end of the week I went to MK on Thurs night only to find out it ended Weds . Asked to see manager, who was not just any manager, but an M&S manager so he agreed to put it through at 30% discount :T. Yay to him
. Decided to go for 2yrs interest free as a loan on credit check doesn't matter as I don't intend getting a mortgage to fund another Accidental House
. DS doesn't like fabric so hoping I've made the right choice
.
- Still to order curtains - will do on DS's computer as no cookies to upset quidco
- Wall lights bought & being fitted Weds.:j
- Need to contact builder from My Builder re plastering the ceiling.:)
- Then just need to decorate. Loads of time. Another 24 days till delivery .
- Skip has arrived so about to go out & start filling it. V exciting news - the skip is PINK :rotfl:. May keep it quite a while
- Mortgage gone out & rents in so off to do banking & spreadsheets :T

Well, pink skip so pretty I didn't want to sully it so didn't get started- Mortgage gone out & rents in so off to do banking & spreadsheets :T
All done. OP of £120.50 sent to BTL mortgage, knocking a month off term :T. That's 3 years off since it started last Sept, and 1 year 3 months knocked off this year :j. Now Accidental House bills are mainly paid I just have skip, stones, ceiling, electrician, around £300 for 2 bits of furniture & curtains to pay for :rotfl:. That will be around £900 so at end of this month there will be an extra £100 going to btl and then hopefully 1k each month after that :j.
Off to paint round edges in living room then I WILL hit the front garden :cool:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Feel free to come & fill mine if you like :rotfl:
NSD today :T, and decision wise running at a profit as decided to take back a dress I bought the other week as I can't get it to sit right.
Had to postpone plasterer tomorrow till next Fri as I need to go to a meeting tomorrow instead of working from home. All my other workmen I'd be happy to leave a key for but have never met this guy and even I'm not trusting. Need to get up at 5.45 which is going in the office time (& when I got up today) instead of 7am which is working from home time. Coupled with 5am start for birdwatching on Sat am I'll be in a great state by the time Mr GG arrives back from 2 weeks away on Sat :rotfl:
Need to wash off the oven cleaner I put on last night (second coat from a few days previous for stubborn bits) then an early night I think
