Yes, seriously considering leaving boots off . I don't really 'do' shoes though, I only really like high ones which I can't wear all day. Roll on warmer weather so I can get my new flip flops on 2.gif

    Back above it :(

Daily payment required to pay all off by my 55th is £58.37 , hovering between £59 and £58 (so lots of colouring in squares in green and red :o). Started noting this in Nov 2009, it has been as low as £56 and high as £61. Needs to start coming down :(.

    NSD today :T

Off to Dublin for work for 3 days tomorrow, not looking forward to it but needs must. Toodlepip

I'd say have a guinness for me, but i could do without the virtual calories. Somewhere we have not been but would like to.

Yay to the money, and yay to 12st. I haven't managed it since my wedding 5.5 years ago, when i hovered around 11st 10 for ages. I couldn't even get really thin for the wedding, but i was quite toned. I would like to be back there now. Too much going on all the time though.

Hope some of the break at least is enjoyable.
  • I find buying stuff like jars of pasta sauce quickly eats into my money compared to a passata or tin of toms with a few added herbs. Same with curry. Few herbs from the storecupboard and then a tin of toms and sometimes some cream or creme fraiche. Food is not cheap altogether though is it?

Mr S basics curry sauce, perfectly ok and 10p.

2.gif Top of the morning to you all 2.gif

Well, am back & fairly good time had. Not so good workwise but never mind .

    OK, update:
Banking updated - that took a while as a lot of little transactions :)
Own BTL mortgage - OP'd £169 which knocked off 2 months :T. So far this year have OP'd just over £800 and knocked off 6 months :)
Other mortgages action - small OP sent to offset. No impact on payoff date.
Repairs galore at the mo, £124 for a number of small jobs to pay today :(
3rd roof quote for BTL repair came in at 1k less than other 2, so waiting to hear when he can do it :)
Currently selling 18 items on ebay, only 4 have bids for £6 in total and they all expire today or tomorrow. Oh well, will cost nothing to relist :)
Done a YouGov poll, up to £31. Only cashed £50 in last year and that took years to accumulate so making good progress now :)

Have decided I would like to pay off own BTL by the time I'm 55, so 2016 . Projected at the moment to pay off by 2023, just by normal payments. Rent - mortgage - 70 to DS - 65 to savings for repairs = £50.50. OP'ing that every month (which I always do) knocks it down to Oct 20. DD owes me 4k and will be paying that back in the next year or so. That brings it down to Feb 19, and the balance at my 55th would be around 7.7k. That equates to an extra around £115 a month so is doable :D.

    Off for brekkie :)
