What, this place I live in now? Yes ... thats still an hour's journey each way costing £6 return .... 15 minutes walk would be ideal. Tho there *is* a lot to be said for living inland - you have twice as much land available to you, for one thing

But equally, you don't really get views like this:

"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)
"We were born and raised in a summer haze." Adele 'Someone like you.'
"Blowing your mind, 'cause you know what you'll find, when you're looking for things in the sky."

Very witty :D The Yahoo chart isn't very responsive, but it looks to me like its at a support level from March, I can't quite see the detail. Nothing witty to say about heads and shoulders or three black crows, and lets face it there's no harami within a hundred miles. Ooh, I know! Both bottoms are triple :D:D:D at least they are on the funny little chart I'm looking at

Thats it, the Galactic Milieu is calling, I need to drift off, not wake up.

See you tomorrow I hope, Z.

    Julian May? The Milieu Trilogy?

I'm up early because we went to bed early. The weather has done another U-turn and it is glorious. :T We're next to a stream which started life as a drainage ditch I should think but is now studded with trees and loads of plants.

We carefully situated ourselves to get the max view (for us and the satellite dish :o) and are looking across a field of wheat which looks almost overdue for harvesting and to a valley beyond. We're in an old, neglected orchard and there are bramley apples and others I can't identify :j + a damson tree, though they are not ripe - I tried one and it puckered my mouth up. :p

Looks like a good place for bird watching so will spend some time with my binoculars and camera while we are here.

The farmer's wife has chooks and sells fresh eggs so my cup runneth over.

KC : I think it would be a bit volatile for trading at the moment?:eek:

Hope you all have a good day.

PS : A coot just wandered by and flew down into the water. :T
But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?

I want to live by the sea!!!

Although on Wednesday the river was lovely, and that would do for now, but it does depend on which particular view of Birkenhead I wanted!

It *does* sound glorious, I can't wait till I'm off and about on long trips like that :j

I think you're right - but I have maybe an hour today to get used to the practicalities of the new charting software, thats why, don't worry :kisses3:

Hope you all have a good day.

You too - loving the birdlife too :) And I missed your comment on black and yellow hedgetrimmers yesterday too :rotfl: very good!

Today is .... well, an hour or so spent on fiddling about with the charting software; my preparedness list for today is scanning, tidying and getting grass packed away; already done loads of the first two, tidying and grass should take about 30 mins total, then this afternoon I have loads of practical errands to run in town, and I'm off to the seaside, nothing wonderful sadly, just to go to an envelope stuffing session in my new position as committee member for my local professional organisation :D

    Oh, and its sunny! Yay!

Its lovely, isn't it - thanks again Z!

I'm off to a city, of course, but I *will* make time to walk along the beach.

Hmm, plans for tomorrow - haven't seen HP 7/2 yet, and I have the national art pass which I haven't had time to use yet ... Imperial War Museum (for family history)? Kew Palace? Marble Hill house? (bother, that one's closed, and it looks good). We'll see.

ETA - Courtauld Gallery looks like a good bet with the art pass.

  • Oh its all art, views and trading on here - yay!

Triciaxx that did sound nice and I love the view posted about by z

I love living by the sea, has its challenges but I guess I took living by the sea to an extreme level!

    Morning all

KC I liked hp7/2 hope you get to see it those galleries/museums sound nice too :)

Walking by the sea is very therapeutic - our 'in a couple of years when we move' house list has 'By the sea, forests and mountains' as our number one. Or maybe its my number one, I can't bear to live away from the sea, makes me miserable, well more miserable than normal.

I listened to the news last night, whilst I don't understand this trading thing at all, I did think of you when the announced the drops in the markets.
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
    :money:Sleeves up folks.:money:
