We have the first quote in for the fencing and gates. £1750, I know its a lot but we worked out the materials alone would cost us £1100 and its 2.5 days work for a 'professional' (or two). The quote includes taking away the old panels. Just need to wait and see what the second one says now.

Just need to ask ourselves should we have it done or save the money towards our dream £550,000 home instead:rotfl:

Absolutely not, you also need to plan to have the fences replaced when there is lots of hot weather, as shirt removal could be an added bonus

OMG Radish, I cannot believe I didn't think of that! Right so the better looking, younger (same age as me!) one wins, I will book him in under the proviso it is sunny..very sunny, if it is cloudy or raining I reserve the right to postpone:rotfl:We will be without fencing for one night (remove all old fencing one day, replace the next) so heres hoping we can get it done before the new neighbours move in, they might think we are over friendly if we remove the fence as they move in (oh yes did I say the new neighbours, to be, have teenagers:eek::eek:)

Apparently, I cannot make 'sunny weather, no tops' a part of the contract for doing the fence! I mean come on, what sexist about that;)

The younger, good looking one still got it though!

Oh please, I am watching Superscrimpers....they give us 'frugal' peeps a bad name! There is a woman on there who wears mens pants as they 'are cheaper and wear better'. Why on earth:eek: I mean even if you did, would you go on national t.v. and admit that:eek:?

Ilona posts regularly on the OS board. She's happy, though quite extreme.

I am also not so fond of the thought of dying your undies to extend their life, thinking to myself if it has been washed enough to not have the same colour it has probably also lost some supportiveness.

I didn't see it tonight. I'll have to catch up.

I wasn't going to watch, but I got sucked into the wedding. I loved the top half of the stunning brides dress, but was not sure about the botttom half. Wern't the bridesmaids gorgeous too??
