Glad i made you laugh.
I personally would not wear a fascinator for a funeral, but then again, no counting for taste. ~One of my work colleagues pointed out to me that one of my wedding guests looked like a hooker in her opinion. :rotfl:All because she had knee high boots on. Again, probably something i would not have worn, but as long as she didn't look better than me i didn't care.0 -
As far as i'm aware I haven't put my foot in it at all today..I supose theres still time:rotfl:
Dog had another little fit yesterday, was witnessed by my Mum who was kindly looking after him on a 'sleep over' basis, I was working 12 hours and DH was working away over night. Anyway, he is fine although tired (was going to say lathargic bit not sure thats how you spell it!) so thats the main thing; he has his own diary now so we can keep track of his condition!
Money wise nothing major to report, except I saved money yesterday as I could not open a bottle of wine due to the cork being stuck! Shuldn't have been drinking on a 'school night' anyway!:rotfl:
The rain is back and it makes me so unmotivated - cannot be !!!!!d to do anything tonight. Hubby should be back about 10pm so think I will just browse the web with my feet up until then!

No need to waste money on boiling the kettle, managed to get cork out of bottle. About to put half back in the fridge:A.
Hubbys just text, he has landed and should be home within the hour, have told dog, who appears very excited..the cat less so, she enjoyed sleeping on his side of the bed last night!

Oh dear, the postman bought mixed blessings today.
Firstly a letter from the dreaded tax man - I owe them £156:mad:, I knew the self assesment calcualtions were wrong as I was sure I was not owed a refund, but their tax calculator said yes....they sent it, I banked it!
Secondly hubby has had an amazing bonus, its about £2,000 after all the stoppages:j:j:j
In my head I have already spent the bonus on new fencing for the garden - lets hope he agrees, I don't know how much it's going to cost.....a fair bit I would have thought, I want to do it properly and hopefully put a little gate in it onto to the back lane, to allow for more interesting dog walks! It was on out list of 'to do's' as soon as we moved in as it looked a bit battered, 5 years on its almost comletely knackered!

Well so much for me not doing any more mystery shops..sometimes some come along that you cannot turn down...~I know i'm useless, but I will be more picky!:o
Got some free diesel on Friday and some more on Saturday along with some free groceries (x3) and another one buying war toys that I can hopefully sell on ........ again!
Also worked a shift today - will soon have enough to pay that blasted tax bill back!:rotfl:
Mum had a small operation as a day case on Friday, I stayed over with her and we had a lovely evening. She rang me today just as I had finished work, sounding very scared, she was convinced there were snakes and children in the house, luckily when I arrived there were neither! I would probably have been more scared of the children!!!! I am staying with her again tonight as she is still 'seeing' the snakes. Ah well its a great excuse for putting my feet up in front of her fire doing not a lot, except enjoying her company. Will take her to the doctors in the morning and then onto the garden centre:)
It was lovely to 'see' Stuart back this weekend, lovely to know he is doing well - cha it would be so funny if your hubby had indeed bought Stuarts Jag:rotfl:

PS hubby has agreed to spend his bonus on the fencing (I persuaded him it was his idea:p;))

We managed about 2 and half hours sleep last night, between mums alarm going off, the snakes in the basket, the car moving and the police cars:o. Don't know whether to laugh or cry today! Mum was up at 6.30am making me a cup of tea, she seems brighter today but has just told me the dog has worms coming out of his ears!!
