    Afternoon all :j
    Today I have / will:

    Read online newspapers

Used up more leftovers - made lovely quiche for lunch using elderly bacon and left over cheese from Christmas, some cream whose use by date was yesterday (oops!) and half an onion which was lurking in the bottom of the fridge. Also made mince pies from extra pastry, which used up the rest of the jar of mincemeat :T

We have just eaten some of the quiche with some leftover bean salad and some lurking cold meat. Funny mixture perhaps, but it went down ok!

Done spreadsheet thingy for month - should really have done it yesterday, but it doesn't make much difference being a bank holiday weekend. All ok, thanks to my years on MSE :D

    Will walk dogs later

Also clean filthy kitchen floor

No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

Thanks to everyone who posts competitions. You are the stars of the board :T:j:T

    Evening All,

Wow the thread has been really busy over the past couple of days. Hi to all the regulars and welcome to the new posters.

Thanks to you all for the support you have given me over the past troubling year! Love you all!

    Today I have/will:
    • Checked online banking – a couple of things have gone out…moved spare pennies to VSP
    • Meals from stores
    • Went food shopping with mum and only bought the basics (stuck to the list)
    • Bought vitamins from the supermarket instead of a high street chemist
    • Read papers online
    • Enter shed loads of comps online
    • Fill in my WW food diary – yet another spreadsheet
    • Need to drink 2l of water
    • Watch things on the sky box (instead of going out)
    • Need to spend about an hour planning what I want for the year ahead
    • Don’t think that we are doing anything so should have a NSD
    • Need to list my new mobile on an auction site
    • Need to dig out my crochet hook and try to learn to crochet a hat and scarf for next year (looking on a website and a handmade wool beanie is £38 – so will try to make my own)
