Thrifty, Euro - it was only my first week *cries* I'll probably end up putting on in the second if thats the case! :rotfl::( I usually do underestimate the calorie intake and thats where I've fell down in the past so I have been keeping a food diary this time round - trust me I'm being really ruthless! (I had half a biscuit today, a broken one from the bottom of the tin, and on monday I had a knob of butter on my potatoes, and I even wrote those down - thats how good I'm being! sad....)

I've been there! When I did WW, I had to write it all down. It's a real eye opener. I can really knock back the calories when I want to! :D:p And drink, lovely sweet drinks and alcohol - full of calories. All the good stuff is! Bah!

You're doing Shred again now right? I forget who is and isn't? If not, are you walking enough during the day? Are you sat at a desk all day? It's hard to get enough walking done during the day when you're stuck behind a desk all day. I am also, but there is quite a bit of walking in my journey to and from work.....with plenty of stairs. I fr1ggin hate stairs!

Otherwise, I don't know what to suggest. If it continues like this (eating well and exercising with little to no weight loss), then it might be worth seeing the doctor and ruling out thyroid issues.

Green & Euronorris sorry to hear your news about DS1's girlfriend Green, and also your sister Euro, hope everyone is ok, xx

Thank you (and to everyone else who sent warm wishes - no mentions on FB though please). Sis seems to be OK. They wanted to sign her off for two weeks, but she's keen to get back to normal and back to work so they agreed to just one week off. I think that means she'll be back at work tomorrow, barring any problems.

I've spoken to her a few times and she seems to be coping OK. I just hope they fall pregnant again fairly quickly as they were trying for a while already.

Felt like bad news central here recently. Very glad my first counselling session is on Monday afternoon!
