Hi everyone!
I thought I would come and announce that I have made my first ever pad to savings today!! £2 to a brand new HSBC flexible saver. :j I have also padded £5.09 over the last few days to my money box, when I get a chance to go into town this week I will empty that into the machine in HSBC and pay it into the savings too.
Wierdly enough, I originally applied for a savings account with Santander last week - I get my salary paid into that account - today I had a letter from them asking for 2 forms of id before they could open it! I've sent that off, but I also decided today to open a HSBC flexible saver as a back up. Clicked the 'apply' link expecting to have to fill in a form... next page says "congratulations, your saver is now open" :rotfl::rotfl:Talk about easy, take note Santander!!
Moneywise, although I have done well this month my car sounds like a tractor at the moment and I am taking it in tomorrow to have it looked at - not sure how much that will cost but I'm hoping it's not too much.
Hope everyone is well
xxThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...0 -
