  • Well, following an unplanned day in hospital yesterday, which has completely cleared me out after paying for two lots of hospital parking (I panicked, drove myself and made DH meet me there :o) and I still haven't been paid  AND I've got to go back again today because they had a bed shortage (argh!) my pad is a rather miffed 45p today. I have a hernia which wouldn't usually be a problem, but being 10 weeks pregnant somewhat throws a spanner in the works. Certainly sounds like I won't be allowed to work (I work in a chippy, lots of lifting etc) so pad's will probably be on the smaller side . Will try to check those bank statements today Saorsie - didn't get chance yesterday!

On the plus side, getting a scan today so might get to see bean for the first time :D always have to look on the brightside and all that!

Query - I am about to make a payment to my summer holiday. Some of it in cash and the remainder to my cc before the weekend. (Hoping to clear this from cc next month). Should I include my cash payment as a PAD or is it not relevant to this thread?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

It's up to the individual what 'rules' they apply as to what counts as a PAD and what doesn't. I don't think I would personally count the cash payment in this instance (though I would if I'd been using the cash sum to 'save up' for the holiday IYSWIM :D)

Yesterdays PAD total was a splendid £774.24 :T
