BA have decent prices flights (checked at Expedia) from £533 - I checked Tuesday 15th Nov for a week via Heathrow.
13.5 hours going and just under 14 hours on the way back. Best flight times from Scotland for Nov/Dec.
Package prices include Riviera at £584, Imperial Palace at £619, Golden Nugget at £635 , Vdara at £765, Bellagio at £819. Probably cheaper from London.....
Mrs McP has no holidaysleft so I hope it might be of use to someone.

SeptemberMost shows I've been to with "audience participation" the hosts have either pointed at people or gone into the audience to pull people up. I'm quite happy with that although I understand some people would prefer the volunteer route. Good to get photo with them after the show though. Was the show as good as you expected, I've seen some mixed reviews.
It was deffo more on a volunteer type basis, I was panicing like mad beforehand that I would get pulled up but there was no way anyone that didnt want to would have to so dont worry about that!
We loved it and are going to go again on our next trip (which is tomorrow!!!! :j ) Apparently they change the show often so fingers crossed it wont be the same as last time!0 -
November / DecemberHi all, I'm looking to book a grand canyon tour trip for November, I have to wait a month I think for the times to come out but I'm considering this one. http://www.vegas.com/mytrip/app/TourDetail?productId=247&dateTime=20110901-0000#review
I was wondering if anyone has done this before and if it was any good? I was also wondering if anyone knows if it lands at all for us to get out or if it's completely air travel as I can't seem to find this anywhere on the website. We are only going to be in Vegas from the 20th-23rd and this tour says it's only 3 hours which is my reason for choosing it.0 -

Not 100% positive, but I think that may be this one:

vegas.com isn't always the best place to purchase tickets/book things like this...it's good for research, but in a lot of cases it seems they are overpriced or full price when you can easily get a discount booking direct.
I don't think that it lands. The small planes can be very bumpy from what I have read.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
Good Evening All.
Firstly, apoligies if this message as being previously asked, but having spent the last fortnight or so reading through the New York thread for out trip in December, reading through the 250+ pages on Las Vegas would be a struggle.
Me and my fiancee are going to Las Vegas in July 2012 to get married. Does anybody know when bookings for the Bellagio hotel come on sale for that time. When I go on the website at the minute and put in a date for July 12, it says to pick a valid date. Is it approximately 11 months beforehand (like flights).
Any advice would be appreciated. I will get around to reading this thread in the future

November / DecemberI would expect them to be available now, 13 months out, but a quick call to reservations will probably ensure someone gets on with loading rates...!0

November / DecemberWow, thanks so much. I can't believe there's a 70 dollar difference in price! Is that a safe website to buy tickets online? Is there any other short grand canyon tours you could recommend? We'd really like to see it and wish we had more time there but unfortunately we don't.0

Think we used Papillion and they were great, we did the helicopter which lands in the canyon and it was fantastic although think it cost about $300 pp :eek:0 -

Saw Penn and Teller last year March time, to be fair after the show they met pretty much everyone, signed everything and let anyone take pictures with them. In fact, which ever one the big guy is, didnt mind taking a picture pretending to punch me in the head0
