I agree with ferf. Don't go booking too many meal deals if it is your first or second time as you really don't want to be tied to a schedule.

I had our meals planned for the middle 8 nights and only made a couple of changes. One night we weren't hungry at all so passed on the buffet we had with a show/dinner and had it a couple of days later. Then we went to Texas de Brazil which wasn't in the plan and I only found out about the free birrthday dinner after we got here. We had tentative plans for the House of Blues, but the cert will keep for another time.

BTW Casa di Amore also give you a free birthday meal. Just remember to tip on the full cost.

I would strongly recommend booking both CdA and TdB as they were both heaving when we were there and it wasn't even the weekend. We had reservations for both.

There is a free slot pull at Harrah's as well as the Press to Win in front of PH. From 6 goes between us we've had 2 x $20 dining credit, 2 x T-shirts, a free drink and a bungee cord. Breakfast today only cost £6 for the two of us.

I have a few $5 off the Spice Market, but don't think we'd go again even if it was free. It is every bit as bad as it was last time, and that was breakfast which is pretty hard to screw up.

Greeting from very rainy Denver............Was lovely to meet Luci last night-and as she says put a name to the face :)

Not having the best of days today. No hot water at CP this morning -reception were NOT the most sympathetic -gave me a non-existant email address to contact a manager-and Bell service was rubbish-seriously considering moving to a deluxe at the Flamingo for next week -not such a nice room but better attitude. Flight to went mechanical at LAS and we sat on the runway for 90 minutes -I had 3 hour wait at Denver so was quite relaxed until we landed and I discovered my flight on to Idaho was cancelled -and the next one is 6 hours later at 9pm <sigh> Currently in the Red Carpet Club at DIA waiting and praying they don't cancel the later flight too.

Ah well all part of travelling I guess :)

It was quite warm today. The wind has dropped and it will probably be nice and hot by next week.

Portion sizes are big, so chances are you will only eat 2 meals a day - for many it's breakfast and dinner
