I was really hacked off with the Eastenders storyline - it's meant I've had to avoid the show (and about the only NEW content in the BBC schedule) for the last few days... thankfully the press had thoroughly spoilered it so I knew it was one likely to set me off crying myself to sleep for nights so I knew to avoid but having gone through what me and hubby have gone through this year (miscarriages in our case - but still our babies in mine and hubby's hearts and three of them) I knew it was a heavy heavy no-go zone.
Been absolutely naff-all on worth watching or sky plussing all festive season to be honest - last year we had a load of bits and bobs set to record - this year, we were about down to Top Gear and Dr Who and half the time ended up watching Sky 2 running an entire DVD box set over the course of the day, or the Pratchett things on Sky because you can never have too much of Sir Terry. Even the big films are ALL something we've watched before and already have on DVD. Oh and that evening of stuff on Live Aid was good in a nostalgia trip way - the acting and dialogue was chuffing well dreadful!
Hubby's playing Playstation now with nothing on telly at all - and it's an improvement.Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -
I am cursing myself for not buying myself a Christmas Present of Gray's Anatomy as I have never seen it, but it looks really good (and I can't find it on You Tube - why has nobody downloaded it so I don't have to pay:D)

Got the wife Grey's Anatomy box set for Chrimbo, that's all she has watched since and is on series 5 already. She loves it.0 -
