 Massive hugs Rosemary. I'm sorry to hear you've had a pooey day.Hi there!
I've been lurking for quite a while and this thread seems right up my street! I have so many toiletries, i'm running out of space to keep them allThe situation isn't helped by my good willed family who pass everything that doesn't work well on their skin on to me ( not to complain!)
The other day I used up a Johnson's talcum powder and my first thought was this thread
:T:j:beer:Welcome to the gang my lovely!:j:TOohhh I like this challenge! May I join please?!
I'm not sure how long everything will last as I'm certain I will need more Shampoo/conditioner in a month or so but perfume (HG) I have about 9 different ones and makeup sets my sister got 3 Front Covers for me for Christmas so I will be using them as much as possible!
Also recieved some other things for shower/bath.. I will just have to have a bath more often to use the things I prob don't normally use!
My one downfall is Benefit so I will be staying away from that as much as possible
I will count up my things as it will help me and then list them all to cross off! Another special money pot for them. £1 for every one used will help

I think many of us are so guilty of buying things to be used at 'special times'.
But every day has the potential to be special - in using something luxurious, we elevate it out of the mundane. We focus upon ourselves in using the product, boost our self-esteem, and if we have been bought the product as a present, it's a little reminder of the love behind that gift.
That's exactly how I feel my lovely - but I didn't realise it until you said it. :T:A
I'm really enjoying the Oil Cleansing Method - and three separate people have made positive comments about my skin lately so I think I'm going to be carrying on with it.
I've had a couple of late Christmas presents and deeply suspect that some people did their Christmas shopping in the sales after Christmas for the Christmas just gone!:eek::eek:
I'm going without toenail polish at the moment, and doing loads of feet and nail pampering so I don't get the nasty shock of realising my feet have turned into hooves over wintertime on the first day of spring when I want to wear a pair of sandals! I'm also growing my leg hair, and epilating instead of shaving in the hope that this will make it easier to manage over the summer. I need to do the same with my under arms but I'm just too scared!:o
Hope that hasn't put you off your breakfast!
Have a great day everyone! :dance:Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted. Einstein0 -
Jacks - my theory on epilating is definitely "nothing north of the border!" - it's not exactly comfortable on legs (backs of ankles -) so armpits are certainly continuing their close relationship with the razor!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Hi!
I am joining this Challenge! I have loads of lipstick/eyeshadow/make up... and I barely use any :S I still do not know why I keep buying it! The only thing I should need at any time soon is moisturizer because my skin goes really dry. However, I am going to use instead the Bio Oil I have and cross fingers my face does not glow Lol. I should have some samples around too, so hopefully no moisturizer either until March. Actually... I might ask OH to buy it for my birthday!

This morning I've UU a 400 ml bottle of Herbal Essences Greasy Roots/Dry Ends Regulating Shampoo WIBA? Yes, there is still more in the stash though, surprise surprise. I prefer to use shampoos for colour treated hair most days but use HE every few days when I feel my hair needs something really light.0

I love the OCM too
I'd love to try epilating but I'm with EH on the armpits... ouch! And it's such a small area that it takes only a sec compared to legs.
p.s. what did you get as late Christmas gifts out of interest (nosiness)?
martafdz, welcome to the thread! Not sure about using Bio Oil as a facial moisturiser, it may not a good idea. If cash is tight, why not try something for £1 from Boots, Superdrug, Semi Chem or one of the £ shops? There's one sold in £land called 'Skinovation' and Boots have a few around the £1 mark. Oh glad to know its not just me -although I am using the EA flawless finish foundation with nae bother!
On the other hand my sister has just been told she has suspected scarlet fever  so I will have to keep an eye if I use this again, the rash could be SF! I thought it had been eradicated but luckily they know the source of her infection. Just hope it is a contained outbreak but unfortunately her incubation was spent with the family at christmas...
Happy belated birthday!

Morning all,
Currently playing catch-up with this thread from the weekend - gosh it moves fast! Have my first UUs for 2011:
Space NK Stillness Body Wash. WIBA: No - was part of a Xmas set last year, was nice enough, but not anything special
Armani Code for Women perfume. WIBA: Probably not - I do have another to use up, again Xmas present, it's nice enough but the label on it has started to break up and come off in little pieces - keep getting bits of purple plastice everywhere! V annoying when you're trying to use it.
Darphin Skin Mat Matifying Lotion. WIBA: Yes, although it's pricey so will be on my splurge HG. I was a Beauty Bible tester last year and got this in the pack and fell in love with it as it helped with my shiny t-zone! Would keep it to use in the summer months as I've found it isn't moisutrising enough for the winter, so shall save my pennies until then.
Clinqiue dramatically different moisturizing gel. WIBA: Yes, again it's on my splurge HG as it's not cheap but my skin loves it.
So HG so far:
Moisturiser: Clinique DD moisturizing gel (Splurge), Darphin Matifying lotion (Splurge)

2 UU- a Colgate toothpaste, I will buy again after I've got thru the stash of Asda Sensitive Whitening which they have on for 25p:beer: I have 4 of these:o
-Superdrug Foot Cream. It was a huge tube and was OK, not amazing. I have a tub of Foot and Elbow Cream on its way from Avon so I'll just use handcream on my feet till it arrives.
I will be buying some new shampoo and conditioner this week as now I've dyed my hair the Aussie Instant isn't agreeing. Not sure what to replace it with tho, something for red hair as the colour is already fading:(0
