I forgot my UUs: Elvive conditioner for damaged/highlighted hair. WIBA: yes if it is on offer, not a huge difference with other conditioners but I like the smel. Also a few conditioners that come with hair dyes, but as they come with the hair dye I do not count them.

My mum was born in 1924, had wonderful skin but only used Nivea and as she was a mad keen gardener to literally the last days of her life her skin got quite sun-exposed and wrinkled, still soft though.

My sis b. 1949, (thank God she won't read this, she would kill me) had good skin too and looked 10 years younger until a relationship break up in her early 50s. She is a lifelong smoker and is now heavily wrinkled despite oceans of lotions and potions. She sunbathed a lot too, loved to tan. No longer does so.

Me, b. 1958, inherited Mum's skin. have never smoked, sunbathed and use creams with SPF. My skin is still good, can't say I look ten years younger but I think pain from arthritis has left its mark,

I haven't got an up to date pic of me on my netbook but I am the lady pointing out the 'job opportunity' on the pc on this web page. http://www.pcp.uk.net/vacancies/vacancies.htm

It was taken at a session when I was teaching for the local county council using this centre's facilities. I have to smile at them using my pic on their jobs page, I used to work directly for them and they made me redundant in 2004! My hair's darker now, that was during a brief 'auburn' phase.

    Happy Birthday littlepinkstars!

In regards to the piles cream- my parched, tight flakey skin... well it's fixed! It left a slight film on my skin, but a hot flannel this morning sorted that out. My skin feels really firm and fresh. I even put it around my eyes because i've had a rash there before and it ain't pretty- and the dark circles have COMPLETELY GONE!

Could this be an amazing night cream? I think so!

    You look great mcculloch!!

Mingle, it does make sense that it makes dark circles disappear... it actually has made seriously consider if I should buy it... and keep quiet about it! Lol

Thanks Marta! The photographer was really clever, angled me at a very flattering angle. It was taken about six months ago.

:bdaycake: littlepinkstars . I'm really looking forward to reading about your ins ... :D:D

Thanks Roshy, yes it is Andrea or And, I answer to both!
(Hmm, do I go auburn again ... we'll see!)

A couple of U/Us: Nice'n'Easy conditioner (free with colouring kit), and plenty more left. A bit heavy for everyday use, but will keep persevering. A freebie from a hotel: Crabtree & Evelyn conditioner. Did me twice and it was okay.

In: :o Estee Lauder DoubleWear foundation. Bought with £20 gift voucher, so not all bad.

Oh, nearly forgot. Half price in Sainsbury's, a set of two Rimmel mascaras and a kohl pencil - £8 something. Bargain!! (And always useful. :o

And a freebie sample size mascara from Clinique. Although the SA wanted me to come in and discuss it a week later.
  • Oh ladies, I am tempted, with the 30% code for B*** S*** that works on sale items, I just put a load in my basket and clicked off the page - I MUST BE STRONG!! :A
