  • I have one UU to report - a little bottle of BS coconut shower gel! I am SO slow at using up toiletries it's unreal. I know that the point of MSE is to use things up slowly without wasting etc but think I am too slow - got so many other ones I want to use :) xxx
  • Eek, I am so excited!!! Have just bought the supersized Bliss lemon + sage body butter and shower gel in their sale for £22 inc. delivery!! Technically that is still an outrageous price for a shower gel and body butter, but I absolutely love the smell of this - it's definitely my HG product. The set is normally £35, and weirdly the supersized body butter on its own is £30, plus £4.50 delivery, so really it would have been £39.50, so I've saved loads... :) I absolutely can't wait until it's delivered. I will be using up my current body lotion with a vengeance.

Anyway, just thought I'd share that with people who can understand! lol

Have finished in the last few days a cleanser, room spray and hubby has finished a shower gel. Now have 10 cleansers, 21 room sprays and 55 shower gels.

Had my hair cut shorter than I usually do so now sporting a bob which means my shampoo and conditioner is going to last me slightly longer than it would have done otherwise :( and I still have 15 shampoos and 10 conditioners to work through.

One OUT today - the small Clinique Mascara I had been using was traded in at Debenhams for a High Lengths one in the same size. I suppose technically there are rather a lot of INs but they didn't cost a brass farthing!

I'm really impressed with your Boots shopping:T There are other freebies at Debenhams too, Elizabeth Arden eyecream, Dior foundation samples, Lancome Nutrix (sp?) moisturiser.

@mineallmine I love that idea, so does a hatbox equal 1 item in or 10:rotfl:I have to count individual items in the box because I'm trying to reduce clutter.

One UU for me today - free 7ml sample of Simple Repair Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream. WIB? Don't think so, although it was quite thick it rubbed in really nicely and had an SPF. Probably lasted a couple of weeks (mornings only) which I thought was really good for the size of the tube but it smelt rather chemically. So on balance, no I don't think I'd buy it.

ooooh - let us know how it goes - I'm thinking of using mine next week :D

Well I have to say I rather enjoyed the experience. I had to fill in a questionnaire first and then my feet were sprayed with some solution to remove chemicals from any products I had used. My gift voucher was for 15 minutes and you get a massive egg timer beside you to keep track. When you first put your feet in the fish go into a frenzy but it does calm down. The best way I can describe it is like a tingling sensation almost like mild pins and needles. I don't have tickly feet so don't know how someone with that might react. The fish suck away the dead skin and leave the healthy skin. You can feel the bigger fish more as they have more power. It is fascinating just to sit and watch where the fish gravitate to.

Afterwards you are given some paper towels to dry off your feet. I have now had a good inspection and I am quite pleased with results. My feet overall feel much softer and a lot of dead skin is gone. It hasn't gotten rid of all of it but then I wouldn't expect a 15min treatment to do that.

I have another gift voucher to use up before the end of March so will be going back again. Otherwise it is a £10 treatment which is a lot for 15 mins, so I would class this is a really nice treat for you and a mate. Overall it's very entertaining and sure beats sloughing it off with a pumice in the shower.

Chuck, chuck, chuck! If it's separated it's a no go for anywhere sensitive - could use it up on your feet?

It's a cellulite cream so would only be going on my legs anyway. Not that I think it would do much whether it was ok or not anyway :rotfl:

I had to smile at Lyndsey's post above - I had an inch chopped off my bob today and the amount on the floor in the hairdressers was minuscule. It'll make no difference to the amount I use, the reason being my hair is so fine. On the plus side the hairdresser commented on the really natural colour when I told her I'd coloured it on Sunday (Perfect 10 Med. Brown) and the shine. (Elvive Leave in Conditioner.)

I am turning out the bedroom on the weekend, and lord knows what I will find in the toiletries line. There's not a lot of floor space and several bookshelves for things to have fallen behind.....

I use YSL foundation with a built in brush (it is a bit tricky as you squeeze the tube to get some on the brush and easy to overdo!)I aply with the brush then rub in more with fingers. It is expensive but lasts ages and now it is on some of the cheap online sites:)you need quite a dark colour tho,I use no9 which surprised the sales girl when I 1st bought it.
went on Boots site BUT no Gok or Ferne left:(.....not that I was going to buy anyway!!!

Avon have their version of this but I didn't use it very often (way too fiddly for the morning before work!) and the brush has got all clogged up :(. I'm going to have to chop into it I think to get the foundation out. Ruins the point of having the brush in the first place! Prob worth paying more for YSL

No more UU to report (but no INs either!!) loads of splutterers which won't finish! So annoying!

Hope everyone has a good weekend
