I have a couple of INs - Original Source shower gel, working out at 66p with the voucher from Boots ACM, silly not too :)
Also along the same lines a Natural Collection mascara - technically it was free as the ACM gave me a save £2 when you buy any mascara or lipstick! :)
4 x BS gift sets, reduced to £5 each and 4 for 3 plus the LYB discount plus the save £5 on fourth shop so ened up paying £8.50 for 4!! :D That's a couple of presents sorted :)
SWopped an old mascara at Debenhams today for a new one. Have a couple more to swap later this week if I have time to go back.
No UUs but have sold some things on ebay so that will clear some space for the OS shower gel I'm accumulating!! lol
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time

Have you thought about selling them on ebay. Perfume is one of the few (only??) toiletry items you can actually sell legitimately in open/used condition.

Might only get a few quid. but better than wearing stuff you hate!
thanks:) I might give it to my dad to put on because he does all of his stuff in one go. I once sold a stella mccartney perfume that I had tried for more than I bought it for :T
:rotfl:misinterpreted that then for a minute:rotfl:

Hope you get rid anyway!!
• Not exactly a UU but threw out 2 ancient body shop eyeshadows.

I'm sure I'd bought them before I left school over 10 years ago so are prob not safe to put by my eyes.

Hi all

I will never catch up on what I've missed and every time I click onto the this thread I think 'eeek, so many new posts'!!! Can I just jump back in? Have I missed anything big or any important news? xo

Hi Tara, received your swap a few days ago, thanks very much, some great stuff :). Did you get the lip balm, I'm keeping hold of the proof of posting until you confirm! Hope it was ok :)

One UU for me today - a sample of Chanel Vitalumiere foundation. Really liked this, could have got another 'face-load' from it but got in a bit of a mess with the packet and had to throw it out (I'd already done 2 faces though). Not sure how much it is, but it could be purchased as a big treat one of these days :D

I did get it, thanks so much! Did you like the bits I sent you? I couldn't decide what to send so opted for a selection lol.

That Chanel foundation is lurvely :D

No INs or UUs for me but am thinking of returning an unused toiletry product to Boots for an exchange... what is their policy on this?

Right, that's it...in the bin with it, it is!

Thrown away: Next Pear Blossom Body Mist

WIBA? Are you serious?! Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole! It came as part of a set which also contained a hand cream and body lotion. I have never seen such cheap, oily, nasty products in my life. Next should be ashamed to sell such low-grade tat. I can get better any day in a pound store!

*Bottle hits rim of bin and makes satisying clunk at the bottom*

And stay there! :T

So....could you just clarify for us, you like this a LOT, yes?!

I am now going to be much more ruthless -thanks to you - inapickle!
Might start on the Boots royal jelly lotion- Why force myself to use it up when I can't stand honey?:)

If this is the same stuff I had then the charity shop would be a good location for it - it was horrible!

UU- Body Shop Raspberry Body Butter. WIBA? Probably not, the product was fine, moisturising like all BS Butters but certainly not my fave scent, I prefer the tangy ones like Satsuma and Pink Grapefruit, both of which I have in my stash amongst many many others!!!
Also the Shower Gel to match is spluttering, that'll probably die tomorrow :D

Avon delivery this evening which also means the new book to browse through......I'll do my best :o

Ooh - waddya get?! (Professional interest only, I promise!)
I have just discovered that my mother has 2 FULL S&G Hatboxes from last Christmas

Is it wrong that I am thinking of the best way of talking her into giving me them!?

No, it's entirely understandable! I would suggest you point out to her that the products will be going off if they aren't used.....!
