I am a fellow spot sufferer although they are getting better as I get older!! I have tried most spotty creams in my time and find the best have salicylic acid in. I am currently using Avon Clearskin Professional range, it has a facescrub, toner pads, moisturiser and spot gel all with salicylic acid in, though I don't use them all at the same time.
Have also just used a Freederm gel which did nothing, so would not recommend personally!

    HTH xx :)

Thanks :D Will cross Freederm off the list of potentials, heard some negative things about it from other people too. I'll put the Avon range on my list!

littlepinkstars44 the photos are amazing, particularly the little shelves - are they attached to a door in your bedroom/bathroom?

Yeah, it's a hook over the door type thing from Argos years ago, used to have it in my old bathroom...but moved back into my mum's and it now lives in my bedroom. It has a wee towel rail and hooks at the bottom too!
Was fairly cheap, about £10 but i don't know if they still make it.

One UU to report from this morning

Treseme Conditioner! Finally, that bottle seemed to last forever!! and making sure i got every drop out of it, i opened the cap and caught water in it from the shower, gave it a swirl around in the bottle, and threw it over my hair :) of course i rinsed it off after, so my hair got some extra conditioning this morning!!

Although the shampoo to match it is spluttering now, i'm thinking i'll get about 1 or 2 more shampoos out of the bottle!
Body Shop carrot moisturiser is nearing the end too, i can see the bottom of the tub!!

and 3 IN's to admit to

No7 Face Wipes - Bought them with my £5 voucher, and they will get used though!
T-Gel shampoo - I finished my last bottle, need to use this at least once a week to stop me clawing my scalp off, so i guess it is an essencial!
Sanex deodorant spray - In my defense it's on offer for 88p in Morrisons, and it's my favourite deodorant. Plus my 8p staff discount

And to top it all off i went into Lush with my friend today and...drum roll please...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................Came out empty handed!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
  • 2 more UU's for me today, only travel size though, but getting through the stash slowly.

    - Dove moisturiser
    - Posh conditioner (no label though so not sure what was in it!!)

    :)

2 UU for me today - a talcum powder (unhelpfully ran out after id put some under one boob !!!) and my S&G scrub your nose in it.

WIBA?? yes to both - though i have a small talc in the bathroom to use now - and at some stage I will be buying the chanel face exfoliator, my friend gave me a sample of it and when I tried it I LOVED it, so I think it will be appearing next !!!

well done everyone - we are all doing brilliantly!! (except me at listing my new stash levels - Im rubbish!!!)

  • I have two UUs to report :j

Lush Herbalism Face cleanser WIBA? Probably not unless it is a freebie. I like fresh farmacy and angels on bare skin more. Back to Fresh Farmacy now and a sample of Ocean Salt for exfoliation

Ghost Anticipation 5 ml perfume sample WIBA? Yes but I would buy it from Perfume Parlour this time and only after I have finished with the 6 perfumes that I have in my stash.

Wondering if it's overly ambitious to be attempting to use up 300 items in 2011? That's almost 1 item a day which doesn't seem possible really. Aiming for 30 use ups in January which I think I can do by using up samples. Might have to readjust the numbers later but hopefully not. I really want to use things up before they go off.
