NSD no 6 for me today:j
I have done the weekly shop but don't count that as it's an essential - no plans to do anything for the rest of the day and we have everything we need so no more dosh is leaving my purse!0 -
NSD # 6 for me today. I'm hoping for another tomorrow, but running low on some basics, so will have to see if I can eek (sp?) thing out.
Got off so a slow start but seem to be getting back on track.0 -

I returned the items but 'lost' about £25 from my calculations because I forgot some of the bits were reduced a bit more than the invoice showed. Never mind! Wandered around looking for something to spend my credit note on, but no. Nothing. I've got until October to use it though:rotfl:.
Returned the Next bits and the Clarks shoes and the Boots bits. Even went to T to return 2 items to the direct desk and managed to walk out without buying any snacks (though craving like mad for doritos and dip - enough to decide to walk there later...).
If I can keep it up it's a NSD for me and the first time I can remember that I've gone to shops without buying somehting!:j Not listing it officially yet in case I can't fight the temptation. It's gonna be a long and dark afternoon...
Gosh, well done CATS, stay strong m'dear!:T
I was sidetracked on the way to Water%ones. I had to go through Deben£ams to get there and I took a rush of blood to the head and decided to have my eyebrows threaded. Never had it done before, but doing my own has become a challenge due to eyesight not being what it was.
Well, what a difference, they look fantastic and I feel great! :T I am having a bit of an " I feel my age" day today, so I decided to treat myself to a good moisturiser ( one I used to use in my CC days;)) so I had a good trawl online and got a good price for it IMO!
SO:
I'm wrestling with myself re NSD - is it or isnt it?
this is the scenario:
Credit:
Waterstones £12, Amazon sales £11, Mystery Shop Money £23
Total £46
Debit:
Eyebrow threading £14, purchase of posh moisturiser on €bay £26 ( RRP £49.50:eek:)
Total : £40
Net £6 cr
My issue is that the Amazon and Mystery Shop money is not physically in my account yet, but will be in the next few days.
All opinions welcome as always:)
you will always be rich enough to be generous.0 -
I'm studying English and Film; this term part of it is Shakespeare....and as it's not to be counted as it is educational, then I'm up to NSD no 10** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

Mmm. Just went to open my new digital camera that I bought recently to replace the one I've lost . Got a cheapo thing. Didn't say on website but it takes a MICRO SD card not the SD card the site said.
That means:
1. I can't take pics for things to sell on eBay until I get a micro card.
2. does that come out of a NSD or can I claim that it's part of the original purchase as it's a necessity:cool:?
3. I can go to my local T and see if they have any micro cards in and if they do buy one
4. Or number 3 plus I can buy a bag of doritos and a dip to make it worth the walk - especially if they have no micro cards...
dilemmas:(0 -

If they don't, then there's no 'alternative' temptation.
If they do, then it won't be a wasted walk - so still no need to cave to the alternative temptationCheryl0 -
