    I actually have some experience in demolition, as I pulled out the built in wardrobe in the master bedroom in my last house (and plastered up the wall and ceiling afterwards as well) ;)

    err.. if either of you has any spare time:D, I have a list of jobs that need doing - reasonable rates and I can manage builders' tea as well;)
