Me too
But if others are like me then they won't order them very often, I just give them a try now & again xxx
Yes, me too. Did have one customer, who lapped them up and was well pleased. (She had lots of family/grandchildren to buy for so she usually managed to find a home for everything.) I recruited her as a 'Personal Rep' and ever since don't think she's bothered with the bargain packs; she just keeps to HT.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Yes, friendly place, feel free to pop in for a visit sometime!
C3 seems to be going a little better than C2 did thankfully - I made the grand total of £11 on that one!So far this time I have £90 of orders, but still have a few more books to collect tomorrow and will hopefully get those back out again for collection on Tuesday just prior to my order going in too. The positive thing from this campaign and the last one is that there were a LOT of new customers in there - a real sign that I'm starting to "win over" the people who felt let down by their previous reps.
Hope everyone else who had a rotten C2 is doing better this time as well!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
Balance as at 01/09/23 = £115,000.00 Balance as at 31/12/23 = £112,000.00
Balance as at 31/08/24 = £105,400.00 Balance as at 31/12/24 = £102,500.00

C3 was marginally better for me than C2 but for the first time I did a global 'Get a Free Gift for Orders £10+ in this Campaign'. Just over half of my orders were over £10 and quite a few were just a few pence over so guess it must have helped. Delivery date 3rd week in January is not good though.....Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon

Sorry, got to ask..... how are you managing to 'take on too much territory'? Most of us struggle to get our ASM's to issue us enough!
If it helps, slow down, take a deep breath and imagine yourself as one of your own customers.... would you be happy with 'your rep'? If not, the answer's totally in your own hands.;)
PS: What's DFW?
Marden Cuckoo, I think u've hit a nail, If i was one of my customers id not be too pleased esp if i was a regular, before christmas id asked for more territory, and got it, it doubled the bloody size of what id got, so over 200 houses! (actually what she gave me was mainly flats) but id not got one order from those at all) and as i was only able to carry a maximum of about 40 books on the back of my sons buggy it became very stressful getting no orders, especially trudging about in the cold and snow, and what with my ill health and kids getting poorly with winter bugs too.
My motivation run very low, what with one rep calling me asking if a book id left at a house was cos of the person being a friend, turns out that rep had been given some of my new territory, and someone else accused me of stealing one of their books from someone that was on MY territory as they were a friend of theirs. It really made me wonder weather it was all worth it! Then there had been people waiting for stock too, that was also a bit of a pig. OK i've waffled long enough. I'm on connects aswell my screen name there is ceejaydee30!0 -
ebrochures - there's a bit in HT5 on p36 about an upcoming ebrochure link that you can send to your customers. They flick through, choose their items (I presume by adding to a basket like online shopping), and their order automatically gets added to your order.
I only noticed it the other day, even though I've had that HT for a while now (and saw it online before that). It wasn't presented as a big deal in the magazine, but it seems like quite a leap forward for Avon. I think US reps already have something similar.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Uses for SSS Dry Oil Spray - I found the list of these on the old thread and some of the points refer to the bath oil instead of the SSS spray. Are the two products just as good as each other? Is it just the application that's different? i.e. the spray would be better for using as an insect repellent on the skin, but the oil would be easier to use if you have to dilute it?
Thanks for any help you can give. I've started selling Avon at the place I volunteer but it's not somewhere I'll be expecting lots of make-up/jewellery sales. I'm going to be promoting toiletries, footworks stuff, and things with practical applications like the SSS Spray.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. Thanks for that as to be honest i dont ALWAYS read those pages but i've just found it myself, Id been putting the ebrochure links on my facebook page for a while, when i noticed someone on connects posting the links for them x But for it to actually automatically load to the Reps order thats clever! I'm assuming there is something within the coding when we email it out, that it will know which account to add it to?0 -

Managed to add the first one to my FB page (I don't go on FB much so am really 'carp' at that too.....) but not sure I can be bothered to make the effort to update it. LIfe's just toooooo short for all this new learning (or maybe am just getting toooooo old to try and keep up! :rotfl:)
No - it's just REALLY confusing (well, that's my excuse anyway

Perhaps someone younger will agree and make us feel better :rotfl:'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

I agree about Facebook. I never used it that much anyway so I'm going to keep things simple and just focus on getting customers the traditional way.
Once they have that fancy new ebrochure it's a different matter - I've got a list of people who can get an e-mail. But I find that with Facebook you have to log in and... ugh... it seems a palaver just talking about it. I'll always worry I'm going to be missing out on something if I don't check it every day - which I don't. Plus I heard FB were getting rid of profiles set up for businesses.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.
