Not sure if it makes any difference, but have you tried putting the item on the order form 3 times rather than once with quantity of 3?

yes, I would put it on 3 times rather then the code x 3. Then the system will recognise that 3 different customers have ordered. Otherwise it thinks 1 customer is asking for 3.

Just spent an hour inputting my order & it has only saved a small part of it. Tried again and still not saving. AAAArrrggghhhhhh !!!! Have no idea if or what is being saved.

Still not saving properly. Being the holidays I wonder if there are staff to sort this out? Have sent them an email.

Finally got order in - a bit at a time....

Yep, had this happen too this time but only for 1 item which was returned with a load of other bits!

    The Official Line on Canvassing

A Representative can find Customers in 2 ways:

    1. Canvassing a territory allocated by the ASM or upline Sales Leader - Brochures should be delivered to the homes on the territory and recanvassed on a regular basis.

    2. Identifying 'Who they Know' - these customers are the Representatives personal network, e.g. family, friends and work colleagues

Customers in a Representatives network may live anywhere. However in regard to canvassing a road or street, this can only occur if the street is allocated by the ASM or upline Sales Leader. (I put that bit in bold, but it's the main thing I was asking about).

This is the reply I got from Avon when I asked about canvassing - is it okay to knock on doors outside your allocated streets. I'd been told no, but a rep on Connects said they'd been told yes (by an ASM). So I decided to go higher and get a straight answer.

Fortunately it's been made clear that canvassing is only allowed on allocated streets - which seemed to me like the logical way to do things as long as Avon runs a territory system in this country.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

bought more HT products than usual in the hopes I can drum up some more business ;) Does mean I've hit HOV for the two campaigns needed to get my next lot of freebies ;) Can't do this all the time though as I've spent more than the commission I've managed to earn on it :o

You can always return the demos once you've demo-ed them. Assuming you can hold off the temptation to keep them! ;)

Have edited the first page to include c11 sale booklet.

Well had a busy avon day so far, one new lady signed up this morning, delivered all my books, took some books to another rep who had ordered the wrong ones, and then off to sign off someone else in a bit.

And all on my day off lol - least it doesn't feel like work with the weather like this and knowing it's getting me closer to getting my new car :D
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

Hi all, lovely day! been to deliver some orders. got a couple of items to return.

the customer wants to return them as they have not come in sealed packaging. the items are a man's eau de toilette and man's body wash - she wanted to have a sealed cellophane wrapper like the women's perfumes come with.

Out of curiosity then, why does avon wrap some things and not others? There doesn't seem to be anywhere I can feed this back to avon either as reason for return - I used code 62. I can understand why she doesn't want them as they were to be a gift for her husband.

    Thanks, Donna :)
