Sealed packaging - I've noticed some perfumes do and some don't. Ordered both the male and female Simply Because and both weren't sealed. But the box was so difficult to get into that you couldn't help but damage it a bit. I've never seen a sealed body wash.

I put my C8 order on last night 'cause I've gone over my credit limit and I want to know what they'll do. I emailed customer services and they said if I put the order on they'll let me know if they want me to pay a deposit or reduce my order. My ASM was pretty useless when I asked her to be honest

Yeah the wrapping seems to be random on the perfumes/aftershaves. Few months ago, possibly last year, I had a load of 500ml shower gels all come sealed in plastic, which I thought was great. None have been sealed since though lol! Have to say though - how many body washes etc do you get sealed in plastic from the high street?

Yeah - unfortunately things like that are decided by credit control, and god knows how they decide things like that! I would say - if you have a decent credit history, providing you haven't gone massively over your credit limit then they'll probably just increase your credit limit.

If not, you can put through a "regular" order for the amount your credit limit allows, then put through an additional order. The additional order will be held, but once you've received delivery of your regular order, deliver those products asap, then your additional will be released and sent to you. Not ideal, but it's one way round the limit.

If you'd joined with a sl, I would have suggested that your extra orders get put through on their account, then once you've delivered your orders and got some money in, you could purchase your products from them (at cost price obviously) so that then you still make the same profit on them, it just won't show on your sales figures. I always tell my reps this when they're worried about their credit limit. None have been over it so far, but it's another way round the limit on the first order.

After your first order, your credit limit gets increased anyway, as avon see you've paid your bill, and they expect that in time our orders will increase as we increase our customer base.

Out of curiosity then, why does avon wrap some things and not others? There doesn't seem to be anywhere I can feed this back to avon either as reason for return - I used code 62. I can understand why she doesn't want them as they were to be a gift for her husband.

Never known the body washes to come sealed at all.

Think it tends to be the premium EDT & EDP's which come sealed rather than the 'cheaper' range. Maybe she could order a more expensive one!
