Hi,
I wonder if someone could advise me. I have got to return some of the fitflops which are too small in exchange for a larger pair arriving in my next order. Unfortunately the customer no longer has the original packaging so I'm hoping this won't be a problem. Do I need to return them in the Avon box to the courier that my goods came in last time or can I just parcel them up (brown paper packaging) with the relevant returns slip included ? Thank you in advance.0 -
Evening all, I had a pack on 20 avon books missing off my delivery. How do I claim or get a refund on them cos I cant find them anywhere?
Can you still order 2 camp backwards as still showing on the order drop down part?
Thank you0 -

Yes you don't need to use the box, I usually put them in a recycled envelope.:)M May11 55886.810 -

As advised by my old ASM, I tape mine up in a carrier bag and have never had a problem returning them xxSmall business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0 -

Were the books one of the units expected, and were they on your invoice (I've ordered something recently and it's been missing from invoice completely)? - if so you could ring the courier. If you've signed for it, they might be more difficult, but hopefully they'll understand if you explain that the courier is in and out of the door in a flash (if they're anything like mine) and you didn't have a chance to count the units.
It may be the case that the courier didn't have enough books delivered to them. This happened to me a few campaigns ago but the courier said when he delivered the boxes that some books were missing. I had to chase it up with the courier because it took longer than they said, but got the books eventually.
If after all that your books still don't turn up you can e-mail Avon and ask for a credit. I recently asked for an immediate replacement of some paper bags via e-mail because you can't do it normally.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Thank you Chazolate and melvis on advising me what kind of packaging I can use for returns. This will be much easier than the big box. It's my first return/exchange but i'm hoping I won't get too many of these in the future.0

yes Ess, you can use anything to return items to Avon. If it is just one item, then it is not worth putting in a big box...lol. So anything you have handy, as long as you include the avon returns form inside the packaging and the barcode on the outside.
make sure you keep the returns form, your copy that the courier signs, in a safe place, in case you ever need to query a return.0 -
O dear me and technology lol! Trying to do a facebook group just for my team, but it's massively different to last time I did it....I'd been hoping to create it before telling them about it, but then it wouldn't let me create it without anyone being in the group pmsl!
Think I'm getting there - had a nice surprise, you can add documents, well sort of, which could be useful xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Yes Facebook in it's wisdom have changed the way groups are set up. You have to do it in the new format, which doesn't always work for everyone! I have a group in the old format for something else that I do. I tried to set up a new group in the new format but couldn't get people to join...lol.0
