we are not supposed to buy clearance items for selling on. We can buy them for our own personal use.
If you have purchased discontinued items for your own personal use and have decided to declutter or that you are not going to use them, and wish to sell them on.....;)
If you buy the discontinued products from the avon booklet for your customers and they are unhappy with the product, they are able to return under 90 day guarantee.
if you buy a clearance product and have a bad reaction to it, or don't like the shade, or change your mind, the 90 day rule still applies to you
You are not supposed to buy demo products for selling on, they are for demo only.....however, what a coincidence a customer has ordered the exact same product as you have already purchased from HT
I personally don't bother with the bargain bags, don't think anyone has ever said they are really worth it.
If you buy the bargain bag for your own personal use, and your friends come round and decide they like some of the products from your bargain bag and want to pay you for them.....
thanks for the reply;):cool::rotfl:0 -

o good god that thread about unwanted catalogues is getting ridiculous - especially the person who says we should get a proper job - erm, I actually have a proper job as a laboratory supervisor but being as I haven't had a pay rise in 2 years, bills have gone up, and I'd like to get married I haven't had much choice but to earn money elsewhere, and working shifts its hard to get another job to fit around it. not that I'd want to, I don't want to be tied to having to x number of extra hours a week.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

what I say at work Lozza, teflon shoulders. Just ignore, don't reply, let their comments wash off your shoulders. teflon doesn't stick, so don't let the comments stick.
Someone always has to have SOMETHING to complain about! and if they don't they will be most unhappy!
Unfortunately, we are not all blessed with fat cat salaries and bonuses and with prices rising on food etc, we all need extra income from somewhere. If people didn't want to buy from catalogues, books through the door, they wouldn't. At the end of the day it is a job, just like being a street cleaner,a dustman, etc.
blows a huge raspberry at that thread.
sorry have to look after a friend's son tomorrow, while she attends the funeral of her second son, and am kinda upset about it all, so have no time for complainers about nothing at all.0 -

Am trying to input my order but whilst I can see the amount of items increasing it won't show any breakdown or charging information of the order. Makes it very difficult to check that everything's in the right campaign and actually any Creative Ordering is nigh on impossible!!:mad:
Are they upgrading the site or something? Anyone know?
I've been having problem going through the website trying to contact avon, it keeps crashing. Have emailed them directly to advise them and my ASM but still not working.
I didn't have any problems last night popping my order on. Hope it worked ok for you in the end xC1 = £643.17, C2= £60.51, C3 = £376.48, C4 = £331.58, C5 = £422.570 -

Try and let us know if that is the reason please.
Hello,
My SL came round today to go over ordering, as you know I was having issues logging on, so I've come back with an update lol.
It took us a while, my SL had never come across the issue before but, I had joined connects as a customer which is why it wouldn't let me log in, tried shutting that down but still no luck. In the end I had to sign up to accounts with a different email address.:T
I hope this helps somebody else xx:think: Always thinking!

O I know hun, thats why I haven't bothered replying to the thread, theres just no point wasting my time especially when they obviously think they're right and can't think that actually theres lots of people who do avon who work as well, some in supposedly "good" jobs, but need the extra income to keep a roof over their heads.
awh hun thats so sad x you know where I am on facebook if you need to talk xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
