Hi,
Does anyone know if the Instant Face Lift 29132 on page 151 of Brochure 18 is discontinued and replaced by the serum on C4 cover? Its not in C3.
Thankyou
Wendy x
Not sure but it did feature in C1 @ £15 as 'Last Chance to Buy' and it's not in C4 or C5 either so it's looking likely that the serum you mention in C4 is a replacement product.
I have one in stock (was saving it for myself but am trying the new version at the mo); PM me if you'd like it posting.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Others have asked similar a few pages back, and I'll say the same thing again, about the only reason Avon refuse people is if you've done it before and you left owing them money. Other than you should be accepted fine even if you have a poor credit rating. My l
Post didn't say that you wouldn't be accepted, just that your account won't be set up till Avon have the paperwork and they've loaded it onto their system.
Right, sorry youve had to repeat yourself. This is quite a long thread so I havent read through all of it.
I know your post didnt say that I wouldnt be accepted, I didnt think there was any way anyone would be able to tell me whether it would be accepted or not. I just wasnt aware that I was waiting for any kind of acceptance, so technically, starting to do avon before being 'accepted' is a bit of a risk. Not to worry, I wont be misquoting you.0 -
No prob. You'll be accepted, Avon refuse very few people and they're refused cos they owe Avon money. All your waiting for is an account number to get you onto the site that's all, It's only a week at the most till you'll get that, just assume you'll be accepted as you will be if you've not done a runner on Avon in the past.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

) and i think most have gone past 90 days and have slowly been recharging to my account, and i cannot afford to pay for these items. Do any of you have any advice on whats the best thing to do with them, have you experienced any leaway with avon in regards to making returns outside of the 90 period?:(
Kelly
Hi Kelly
the money makers you have purchased, when you go into your tracking record on line, can you see the invoice where you have been charged for them?
if so, go into the invoice, if you have not already done so, and request a credit for them. You can only return the ones you still have, so if you have sold any, you will have to pay for them.
If your credit is successful, it will show as returns form on your tracking, pack them up, and get them ready for the courier and return them!
For your customer returns, again the same thing. Did you in the past credit them to your account? If so, print off the returns form, pack them up and give them to the courier and return them!
If not, can you still see the invoices, and can credit them? pack them up and return them if you can.
For the rest, send Avon an email through the contact us on the website and tell them what has happened and what you want to do. Hopefully you get someone sympathetic in Avon Customer Service, who will let you do it and therefore not have to pay.
Otherwise PM me.0 -

Thank you
interesting...... I received a kabuki brush and was wondering whether or not I had actually ordered it and forgotten... but have a feeling it was a small order placed on my account......0 -
Aesop and angelsmomma - No one should be placing small orders on your account. Ring your SL or ASM to find out who has done this. If Im correct (and Im sure someone will correct me if not) Avon frown on SL or ASM doing this.0

hi all
ive not posted since before Christmas, so belated New Year wishes to you all:beer:
im have a few questions about the different way to sell products, so here it goes
are we allowed to sell the clearance items on or not, im quite confused about this, i have seen a few reps on ebay that i suspect are selling some of the clearance items, face creams in particular. i personally dont see an issue with it but just wondered what the Avon rules are?( i could be wrong they could be selling discontinued items)
is it ok to sell discontinued items on?
this is where my confusion arises, why would it be ok to sell the discontinued but not the clearance, how would the Avon gurantee play out here?
Are we allowed to sell on the Demo items to customers?
Are we allowed to seperate the items out of the bargain packs and sell them on?
Has anyone purchased a bargain pack and would they be worth investing in? as i am considering getting one out of the HT brochures
i think thats all the questions for now....
we are not supposed to buy clearance items for selling on. We can buy them for our own personal use.
If you have purchased discontinued items for your own personal use and have decided to declutter or that you are not going to use them, and wish to sell them on.....;)
If you buy the discontinued products from the avon booklet for your customers and they are unhappy with the product, they are able to return under 90 day guarantee.
if you buy a clearance product and have a bad reaction to it, or don't like the shade, or change your mind, the 90 day rule still applies to you
You are not supposed to buy demo products for selling on, they are for demo only.....however, what a coincidence a customer has ordered the exact same product as you have already purchased from HT
I personally don't bother with the bargain bags, don't think anyone has ever said they are really worth it.
If you buy the bargain bag for your own personal use, and your friends come round and decide they like some of the products from your bargain bag and want to pay you for them.....0 -

Hi minigirl.... :hello:
we both know no one should be placing small orders on our account, without our express permission or written permission. I was an SL in a previous life
no point ringing my new ASM. She did it  already emailed avon who deny there was a small order on my account....:D
it's ok, I am having my revenge on my ASM, she doesn't know I used to be an SL....
and Lozza has already given angelsmomma the right info for making higher complaints.0 -
Well I be still finding out who else can be complained to so we all know for future use as well.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Sorry to divert the thread but anyone else having problems with the Avon website today? Am trying to input my order but whilst I can see the amount of items increasing it won't show any breakdown or charging information of the order. Makes it very difficult to check that everything's in the right campaign and actually any Creative Ordering is nigh on impossible!!:mad:
Are they upgrading the site or something? Anyone know?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
