Unless you're one of the higher levels in PC,then you have to hit MOV/HOV again on additional orders i.e. to get the commission/discount. In C4 though MOV was only £52 so made it easier.
Good luck again today.... never had anything like the burning smell of your own flesh to deal with - yuk, that must be really awful. Hope you get some good results and you all the help you need.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Just a warning to be wary with this level of £52. Told one of my new reps that this was her MOV for C4 as that is what I had been told by my SL. All looked good on the order and was showing commission for her when we input her order just over £52. When the invoice arrived it showed no commission and when I checked with CS they said that her last £52 campaign was C3, not C4Also, with the additional I have just put in, it started showing that I was getting at £52 but I know this is not the case now with me either. Just a warning that you may want to double check for your area first.

Thanks, got to admit I did that from memory (which is not always a good thing in my case!) Hmm.. if you've got an order £52+ showing commission then I'd definitely argue the case with Avon if they don't allow the commission - irrespective of which campaign it is. Did have a similar experience a few months ago where a rep was eroneously not allowed HOV. She didn't notice it until she was returning an item for credit and it showed a different price to what she was expecting. There was no specific explanation from Avon (although they did try to squirm out of it) but they 'gave in' in the end.
Incidentally, some of the 'reasons' (aka excuses) for not allowing discount i.e. if the order fell below MOV/HOV were:
a) if any items were showing as out of stock (red cross) at the time of ordering
b) if orders included back-order clearance from HT (not allowed anyway)
Both of the above are understandable, however, they also mentioned:
c) if the order included any clearance at all i.e. the OV had to be reached using Demo and customer non-clearance products only i.e. even excluding if there was a customer clearance book
d) if out of stock items took the order below the OV
I firmly argued the point on the latter two that an order was an order irrespective of whether it included allowable clearance products or not and it's obviously not the rep's fault if Avon can't get their stock levels correct.
I managed to 'win' my rep's battle for her (not sure how successful she would've been on her own CS line....) but took a bit of time! :rotfl:
Sorry for long post - basically, it's VERY important to check your invoices.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
