Thanks. I have checked my order and I didn't order it. Tried to back order BUT it comes up as £10.50! so will have to give her a ring and ask if she still wants it. Feel really bad cos that would have been a big saving for her and she is a keen customer too so I don't want to pee her off before I have even started!

What a shame..... haven't we got anyone on here who can still order from C4 i.e. back-order C3?

Sorry, know the codes were put a few pages back - what exactly was the product? Maybe someone has one in stock?

I've had abnormal smears before now too and for the last 3 years I've had annual smears as a result :( (and I have another AGAIN on thursday... flipping joy!) so I DO feel for you, but as MC said - at least it's been picked up on now :) Which is how I look at it - yes it's a royal pain for me to have them every year (and having to take the time off for them) but I'd rather that than having something developing for a couple of years and find it's gone too far :)
Having also had the more "in detail" exams at hospital for a biopsy it's frankly nothing compared to the indignities of giving birth LOL I lost all my shame and concerns after that I have to say... Felt at one point like it was along the lines of "sure bring in another 15 people why don't you!" (there were about 10 people in my delivery suite due to complications... crash team for baby and for me...)

  • Oh MrsT we doooo have to meet sometime! I didn't have your complications, thanks goodness, but just at that 'special moment' (you know, just before you've decided you've had enough and would really like to come back again tomorrow!) the door opened in the delivery suite and someone asked if they could bring their 'pack of students' in to watch. My (now ex) OH invited them all in!!! Got him back - 'accidentally' caught his chest hairs on the next contraction (and divorced him 12 years later.... :j)

Glad it all worked out for you. As they say, what doesn't kill you makes you strong.

Good luck to everyone struggling with their own demons out there.

LOL MC - My DH was politely ushered to a corner on a tiny stool as he nearly passed out in the midwifes arms (he doesn't like blood normally but bless him he HAD been up for 36 hours with me and hadn't really eaten properly either :) ) and that's where he was for most of the delivery :) It was a huge room and it felt like a crowded night club!
My ultimate punishment is that I HAVEN'T divorced him ;) PMSL

I may be wrong... but defo worth checking your product code. Just incase it's the £10.50 code you have instead of the £4 one. What product is it? Will check code for you if I am still online when you reply

**Edit to add I have tried it on code 21139 and it comes up @ £4. Are you remembering to change the drop down box to C3 where you put the code in?
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

Now if your feeling brave..........(this gets bit more complicated) if you have to do the additional and she is happy to wait until your next delivery then id wait to submit the additional to a day or so before submitting your c5 and check all your c5 orders against a c3 book to do extra creative ordering... may free up enough "extra" commission to cover the additional order cost ;);)Like if anyone else orders a foundation... or brow glimmersticks... they were cheaper in c3 than both c4 and c5

AND then to make it even more complicated (:rotfl:) if you manage to get over HOV on c5 orders alone........ you can put some your c4 backorders if you have any onto your C4 additional order to try and hit the MOV on the additional - which i think was lower in c4 for most people but dont quote me on that?? meaning you could get some commission too.... but thats only if you know you'll still hit HOV on c5 without them:)

OMG...thank you so much for this. I have a few orders for foundation in C5 and was gutted as was thinking I couldn't find a way to get it from C3 @ £4...now you have shown we can :T A few extra pennies in my pocket :)

Have put in everything poss that I can find cheaper in C3 in my additional, also putting all HT6 stuff through as well as ring sizers etc (so hoping I can get 2 lots of that this camp as will do so in my regular order too :)). Was able to put some stuff through on HT5 too, apart from the moneymaker, that didn't seem to want to save! So hoping this goes through OK as I have managed to get it to just over MOV :D Going to wait to submit until tomorrow though as picking up some brochures from stragglers. Fingers crossed for a few more foundation orders ;)

Missminx I love you!!:beer:yep it's worked. I'm guessing if I had have ordered it with the other code in the first place it would have been £10.50 insteead of the £4 the customer thought it was.
You lot have been so helpful, thanks my SL rejected my call when I called her to ask about it!

  • Its ok I know its not Cancer, But still doesnt make it any LESS scary really. More than anything, its the dodgy smells i had last appointment, it smelt horrid, almost like burning flesh, and the smell stayed up my nose for hours! Other half said he would definitely take the day off work to be with me. (My mum n sister were there last time)

Spose I best get my botty into gear as i ot Dr's today, completely different matter, regarding my Thyroid and full blood count test results. I know my thyroxine will go up, (a blessing i can tell you) just dont know what the rest will say!
Fingers crossed everything turns out OK for you. No personal experience in that dept. (although have had 'quite a bit' in others....) but the last time I had a smear I was told that they were actually checking for 'pre-cancerous' cells i.e. a don't mistake your abnormal smear level 2 for a tumour/cancer level 2 - they're DEFFO NOT THE SAME.

As before, think of it as being one of the lucky ones.... you're now in the system and will get all the preventative care you need.

Take a deep breath and (yes, it was me that mentioned the dentist) just focus on some point when all the indignant poses are over! ;) (Least you're going for your checks so well done you! :T)
  • With additional orders though, i didnt think you earned commission on them, or can it still be worth doing them if its for "creative ordering" I really must try and get my head round it a bit more!
