Evening Ladies, anyone got any motivation for me?! Having an awful C4... Worst campaign to date and it is going in tomorrow!! Maybe it is the kick in the bum I need to get out and expand my customer base... Anyone else struggled with C4??
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

C4 wasn't brilliant for me either but better than C2 which was dire..... (For some reason, I can't even remember C3 so guess that wasn't too great either!):rotfl:

Do you have any leeway with when you need to put your order in i.e. if you had a few more days then you could get your books out again? If not, then not much you can do re. C4.... move on and enthuse about C5 - some reps on Connects are raving about it.... time will tell.

Best advice, which seems to work, is find whatever you think is an absolutely brilliant offer and then pass the word. Think of it in terms of the latest bargain you've just discovered in Tesco and you're doing people a favour by letting them know i.e. rather than thinking of it in terms of trying to sell someone something. Works for me.

    Good luck!

  • Well brochure 5 looking good based on the few brochures I've collected so far.

Just to share, two of my favourite phrases I heard today:

My neighbours looking at my brochure and I've not even looked through it! (Goody, had planned to recanvass this road with C6 brochures but will try to secure neighbour as a regular).

Can I have the brochure a little longer, I want to order 3 lippys for my daughter... (I love your daughter!!)

There's lots more, lets have the ones that put a smile on your face :D

Dropped the book off last week and through the over side of the door I heard 'woooooooooooo! it's Avon!':rotfl:

Thanks MC! Good advice as always :D Am just letting things get on top of me. New leaf from tomorrow, with positive attitude and some new canvassing I think! Can't wait for the Caravan Park on my patch to re-open. Could be a good place to try :T That will be open in time for C6 but I can always start them with C5s not to waste any.
Right, time for me to bid you good night as I have a feeling that a teething child is not going to afford me much sleep! :(

Well C5 is looking good for me in that I've nearly hit HOV and only just put C4 books out (only got them late Thursday but with the dire rain and winds over the weekend I kept putting them off :o Not a good start:o) but I have got a couple of BIG orders from work which won't be regular things so I have no idea how things will pan out over future campaigns.

Now if my tax stuff would just come through so I can sort some other bits out I'd be a happy bunny.

It wasn't me honest!!! :p I have enough problems trying to work out the estate out at the back of mine without adding that one as well :rotfl:

One of my customers phoned me to ask when I would be delivering the next brochure, as she had seen her friend with one at work and nearly snatched it out of her hand :rotfl:
