Well I seem to have £200ish worth of orders which I am well chuffed about! canvassed all my terriotry and have recanvased my first road with C4, so when I have collected the last few books that weren't left out I will be putting my order in.
I am assuming I have to order C5s with my next order too? then do I recanvas the other roads? not quite sure what I should be doing next...

    yey :)

Yes you'll need to order C5s with your C4 order.

I would carry on recavassing all the streets for a few campaigns so that everyone knows you can be trusted and will keep coming back. After perhaps 3/4 campaigns I stopped recanvassing everyone each time & this time round will start recanvassing a street a campaign, so maybe that would work for you too?
  • Thats exactly what I'm hoping too, I had taken on extra territory before christmas, but cos of being soo ill (didnt realise at the time id not been taking vital medications) And trying to deal with my nan being terminally ill, and my mum moving away to the I of W But for now I've given it back as most of it was crappy areas anyway. And basically taking things back to basics with the customers I have. And recanvassing my area properly! Will get my books back out tomorrow. Some people i thought would have made orders this time didnt! which was a little disappointing, but cant be helped. In a few more months (depending on if I have another job or not) I may then ask for more territory again, and canvass it properly! Canvassing new streets in the snow and ice isnt fun especially not 1 bloody customer!

i know how that feels!! my OH doesnt want me to get a day job for the same reason he doesnt want anyone looking after our daughter, only he wont let me get an evening job either because he doesnt like the idea of me having to get home when its dark (neither of us drive) so thats why i started avon only tbh i earn about £25 each campaign from it so now hes moaning that even doing avon isnt worth it, so im hoping getting a larger area and doing all the ideas that come off here will help improve my orders and how much im making from it.

ceejaydee23, I will PM you. There might be a few ways to work from home and look after your little one too.

I must admit, though, I spent the first year and a bit at home with DS, then started doing Avon and had a childminder look after him. First it was one day a week, then 3 days a week. I found he needed it for the stimulation of other kids. Kids need other kids to interact with, if they don't, you will find like my son did, he used to run after other kids in the street and play with the bigger boys. Even though they ignored him!

So, DH can say he doesn't want strangers to look after your child but there is going to come a time when little one will need to go to nursery or pre-school. He will need it because he will want to be with his peers and need the interaction of other children. Also to get him ready for big school.

I have my own problems with my DH, very complicated, but he can be very lazy about looking after DS too.

  • After trying for 3 months to send stock back to Avon. I got and email saying I had not placed a campaign 1 order. I hastily wrote to my area manager and told them, unfortunately I was not placing an order or promoting Avon as, as her earlier email showed. Contacting Avon is pointless, there is no communication between representive support and ASM's. In the letter i mentioned the names of the call agents I spoke to and surprise surprise after 3 months of agggro and little help.

Got an email, please just throw these items away your account is being recredited which it has been. £240 worth of products in the bin, so much for profit and loss

Ooh, ooh, ooh.....how cool. I LOVE dying my hair, and now I have an excuse to do it :T Defo gonna go for a red mahogany. Just hoping they don't make your hair feel like straw like the last hair dye I used!!!

Does anyone know if they are Permenant or Semi-perm?
    Everyone loves a bargain

    No it's my second.

hi hun, you should have ordered your books with your first campaign... for your third.. and be ordering your fourth campaigns books with your second.....

guessing you didnt as no one told you? Its no big deal though so dont panic! It just means you will not have your books for your third campaign till a week into it.. What i would do if you can is order BOTH your books for your third and fourth campaign with this order. It will cut into your commission a bit more.. but means you will be back up to where you should be and in your fourth campaign you'll have the whole campaign with books :)

When it comes to ordering brochures you should always be ahead of yourself - the website shows you which ones you should be ordering by highlighting it in red if you ever get stuck :)
