My lunches - am attempting a big salad (iceberg, watercress, beetroot, carrot, avocado, broccoli, nuts/seeds, etc) dressed with EV olive oil + rye crackers or small potato in the mix, followed by pear.

    Breakfasts: cereal/toast with banana + OJ/coffee

    SUN
Brunch: Baked Beans on toast (when hubby eating, not enough in one tin so I had avocado lol)
Dinner: Nut cutlets, veg, steamed potatoes + gravy. Hm cheez-cake + raspberry sorbet
    MON
L: Jam sandwich with mini rice crackers + fruit.
D: Hm soup + hm crusty bread
    TUE
L: Hm scones, mixed nuts, fruit
    D: Lasagne with salad
    WED
    L: Peanut butter sandwiches, fruit
D: HM pizza (bought base) with crudites
    THU
    L: HM soup, fruit
D: Jackets topped with cheez sauce, + baked beans + steamed greens
    FRI
L: Banana "curd" sandwiches, mini rice cakes, fruit
D: Battered tofu, mushy peas + chips
    SAT
L: Veg nuggets, oven fries + fruit
D: Tofu and veg stir fry with rice
    SUN
L: Lentil pie, veg, mash and gravy. HM ice cream
D: HM tomato soup + toast. Hm cake.

PUDS can be fruit, or After8s. Might also try making either a mint tiffin (with After8s) or a caramel slice.

SNACKS would probably be fruit, nuts, carrot, or crackers with spread - usually a glass of rice milk if anything (me and baby) or smoothie (DD1)

SUPPER is oats for girls, with BF for baby + a smoothie for DD1. Me and OH - popcorn or toast + tea/glass rice milk.

Have a good one everyone! :)
Love and compassion to all x

Usually I have too many ideas for my meal plan, but i've really struggled this week for some reason. Anyway, the plan is...

Monday - [STRIKE]pasta with garlic and herb cream cheese and tomatoes[/STRIKE] had a friend round and we got a chinese :o

Tuesday - [STRIKE]chicken bites with chips and beans[/STRIKE] pasta with garlic and herb cream cheese and tomatoes

Wednesday - [STRIKE]toad out of the hole with swede, parnsip and gravy[/STRIKE] vegetable frittata with baked beans

Thursday - quesadilla with caramelised red onion, sweetcorn and cheese

Friday - french bread pizza (well, using a part baked baguette) with potato wedges

Saturday - satay chicken with rice

Sunday - pork and cider in slow cooker (no specific recipe, but I have pork and cider taking up freezer space so it needs using!)

I have loads of bits to use for lunches, so they will probably be soup, quiche or sandwiches using whatever odd bits of bread/rolls/scones I have!

Hi All and a Very Happy New Year.

Been poorly for a few weeks, so haven't really been planning or eating very much. DH hasn't done a bad job, but it has been rather adhoc shopping and cooking. Planned last week fairly well - but haven't switched a computer on for over a week as just wanted to stay away from them for a bit.

Anyhoo - back now and back into planning now i'm 90% better.

This week we are having / had:

Mon: Fridge Raiders Pasta Bake & Garlic Bread
Tues: Beef & Ale Casserole & Mash
Wed: Roast Chicken with all the trimmings
Thurs: Chicken Fried Rice (using LO Chicken)
    Fri: Eat Out - our treat from saving 20p's, 10p's, 5p's, 2p's and 1p's during 2010

Next week I will go back to planning from Thurs - Wed.

    Have a good week all.
