Wow, the first meal plan for the new year - I'm still not sure quite where the old year went, though! :eek:
January's always a tricky month for me money-wise, so I really must try and stick to my meal plans this month. This week I've got:
Friday (NYE) - supermarket 'takeaway' curry (I figured it was cheaper than a real takeaway! :money:)
Saturday (NYD) - salami, pepper and onion pizza
Sunday - chicken and ham pie (from the freezer) with veg (probably steamed cabbage and carrots)
Monday - beef braised in red wine with root veg mash and steamed cabbage
Tuesday - chunky beef chilli with garlic bread
Wednesday (back to work) - tuna and sweetcorn lasagne (from the Eat Well Spend Less book I won a few weeks ago
)
Thursday - gardener's pieBack after a very long break!0 -
