Poor show from Play.com... But I suppose with all the users here that don't buy the Independant [and other sites link this] they just can't keep up

I think Martin Lewis should contact the Independent to ask why Play.com messed up the voucher e-mail and left so many people unable to claim their free DVD.

i think its 1st come first serve basic, and they are sending codes becase their system hasent been upgraded yet. i got two of them i wanted for . lets see how the delivary process works :beer: :beer:

just on the phone to them. I find this pathetic two hours and they have run out. This is not on at all

Highly doubtful they had any intention in following through with the offer, wouldn't have bought the paper if I haddn't wanted the codes. My friend got her email and responded immediately and was only one DVD listed.

Maybe if only the people who bought The Independent applied, then maybe all of them would receive.
