Hopefully they will resend correct emails once they realise the mistake - I had [TOKEN] too which obviously isn't unique so they have screwed up somewhere.

This is the page you start from. When you checkout the voucher box is on the right, I couldn't see it for ages then spotted it. But it went through fine.

I've just phoned them and they are aware of the mistake. The fella i spoke to said they will be sending new emails out with the code but couldnt tell me when

Yea, I got TOKEN and it doesn't work...

It worked for me, I managed to apply the voucher to my order and it came out as £0.

Maybe try viewing text only instead of html as that's what I have my email set to? I can't think of anything else.
