I've emailed them about it. Got the same problem. Suspect they merged a bunch of codes into emails.....and it didn't work.

same here, guys. I don't know what they're playing at. Went onto the helpdesk and I can't find an email address to contact them. And they can sod of if they think i'm paying to phone them! This dvd is free!! Anybody know of any email?
