My dad told me it was Hotel Rwanda and not Gacaca.

The question refers to 2003, and imdb.com says Gacaca was released in 2002 and Hotel Rwanda in 2004. Wonder what they'll decide when they get a load of entries saying Gacaca?

I was told Gacaca was a documentary, where as Hotel Rwanda is a film. lol
