    Just had email but I am a bit puzzled about the 'unique voucher code' - it is a fairly obvious five letter word in square brackets - and I am a bit suspicious about using it as it does not seem very code-like. It is almost as though they have forgotten to put a code and it should have been where this word is.

    I would not like to enter payment details, use this word as a code, and then find we are charged anyway as the real code has not come through properly.
