Think you're right about them having forgotten the code, as I tried the code with and without brackets and it wasn't recognised.

Just about to email them to find out what's going on.

I've just recieved the "code" aswell but have tried it and it comes up as invalid?

Errr... yes but our voucher code is [TOKEN], which isn't working. I'm guessing those with a 10 digit code work fine!
