  • Help!!

I upgraded to a HTC Desire last month for 600 mins, unltd internet and a texts for £20 a month.

When I got to the store to pick up my phone I was told it wasn't unltd internet but 500mb. They said I should be a on a 1gb package as its a a htc desire.

I phoned vodafone who then put me on 900mins, unltd texts and Ultd internet with a 1gb (FUP) for £20 a month. Just checked the line rental for this month online and my bill is £76!!!!

I've asked for my contract to be confirmed in writing but only got a misspelled text that doesn't even confirm the costs.

Can a Vodafone Representative help me with this?

    Many thanks

    Hi,

    Oxo9 –

I’m disappointed to hear that you didn’t receive your call back. Kirsty is away from her desk at the moment, however I will get this looked into and ask one of the team to contact you on the number that you have provided by email so we can help you further.

    Itselliebell –

If you would like us to look into your bill and see whether we are able to help at all, please feel free to contact us via – Web Relations Team – Vodafone UK.

(When contacting, please quote the code WRT135 in the subject line, in the main message body, please include a link to this thread and your user name.)

As the account is in your partner’s name, we would need him to contact us with his details so that we can access the account and help you further.

ah vodaphone, were do i start!!! after all the problems i had at the start of taking out this contract, i came on here and kirtsy in web relations sorted the problem out because i was being charged for both the blackberry service and also a data plan when both were or should have been included, when i finally sent all the emails and correspondance over it was all sorted and i was being billed £20.00 a month without phone as agreed. i got a text today advising my august bill is £49.94 !!!!!!! not the £20.00 ive had for the last several bills.... ive sent a email to vodaphone for clarification, the problem is i'm so tight with money that £20.00 is alot at the moment and if £49 is withdrawn i will go overdrawn from my bank account because i dont get my wages paid until 4 days after vodpahone take there direct debit. can you help please.
    EDIT. 25.10.10
Ive now had a Natasha Dsilva email me to say that my plan is £34.04 ex vat an not the £20.00 ive been playing for the last 9 months!!!! bloody vodphone are crazy, i cant see how a compnay can operate so poorly its amazing really tha they can make any money and still are in business. I dont get the response ive recieved when i clerly stated that i had been paying £20.00 a month plus i have previous correspondance sating its £20.00 a month and just a few lines saying your play is etc etc... what does that mean.... I need Kirsty from web relations to come back, she was really helpful and seemed to think for herself rather than spout standard computer responses at me... I'm going to have to cancel my direct debit and send a chq.

fed up vodaphone and its made it easy with regards to my wifes moble plan..... i'm staying with 02!!

    Third edit of the 25th.

Vodaphone have now emailed me to say from august 2010 my plan is £34.00 as my original plan was effective from the 1st october 2008 (it wasnt it was 2009). Now they havent said as much but i guess they are saying that my plan was for a year and after a year it reverts to another standard plan!!! crazy people. I magine it the other way i've come to the end of my year plan and unless i give 30 days notice they will still charge me my plan cost each month because thats how it works, however with me once my year is over tehy can see fit to charge me what they want, its not on......

there useless mate, ive all but given up with them, useless, especially the dope i have dealing with my enquiry this natasha bird, she doesnt answer any questions just states the same old crap, fed up and ive cancelled my direct debit. i'm going to write a long complaint with the useless replies so this natasha can get some much needed customer service training. shes so wrong she said my contract was taken out in 2008 so after the year it runs for a year it reverts back, erm well its 2010 and that would make it 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

useless customer service, there probably so busy sorting out complaints !
