If you use twitter my advice is to make as much noise as possible on there to @vodafoneuk and @vodafoneukdeals along with @jakubh who is head of web relations, and also cc any emails you may send to guy lawrence and the vittorio colao.
You'll get nowhere with phone calls.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -
Back at end of February, beginning of March my OH bought me this phone on a £40 a month deal where he had to pay around £100 for the handset. From the time I got the phone it played up switching me off part way through calls, the screen going black so that I couldnt use the onscreen facility and the phone just randomly turning itself off! I phoned vodafone a month later after persevering with the phone as I had loaded all my data onto it and they suggested doing a hard reset and updating the phone via the iphone update on the computer. Did all of this and it made no difference so in June I contacted them to tell them that despite doing what they had told me and persevering nothing worked. I said I would like a refund so that I can purchase another phone and so far they are only offering me a repair which I dont want. Has anyone got current addresses etc. I can use that will bypass all the usual messing around talking to customer services people etc. I want to put this suggestion to someone who actually makes decisions instead of spending hours talking to people who dont really care or its out of their hands ultimately.0

Hi everyone,
Chuffee,
Notsram, has this been resolved now? If not, please feel free to email us via Web Relations Team and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
(When contacting, please quote the code WRT135 in the subject line. In the main message body, please include a link to this thread and your user name. This will ensure that your message comes directly through to my team).
Hansenmork, I’m disappointed to see the problems that you’ve encountered here. If you’d like to get in touch with us, you can do so as above and we’ll get this sorted for you.
Stunno, have you called your business team? Their number will be at the top of you bills. That’s the department that you’ll need to speak with to enquire about an exchange.
Missforlani, we’re not able to freeze your contract, however if you’d like us to look into other options in a more secure environment, feel free to get in touch with us as above
Ruggedtoast, our statement regarding the 500MB data bundle changes can be found here. The 1GB data bundle is capped and once exceeded, charges will apply. I’m afraid there isn’t any way for us to amend this so that charges don’t apply when you exceed 1GB.
Ntronic, I understand your frustration here. If you’d like to get in touch with us as above, I’m more than happy to look into this for you.
Groeit, I’m sorry to see how unhappy you are and I’d like to get this resolved for you. Feel free to contact us as above so that we can look into the problems you’re experiencing with the charges and get this fixed.
Waltergropius, to determine if the fault is with the phone or your SIM card, I recommend you get a new SIM card. Once you’ve done this and tested to see if the calls are now coming through to you or not, you’ll then know if your phone is faulty or not. Should the problem still be occurring, as you have a business account I recommend that you contact your Business Team to see what they can arrange. You can find their number at the top of your bill.
Symeon, the discounts offered are always for a set period of time and not for the length of the contract. This may be for 3 or 6 months etc but never for the full duration of the contract. If you would like to get in touch so we can look into your account further, feel free to do so as above.
Chocolady, I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with your phone and I understand the frustration this causes. When a mobile phone is provided as part of an upgrade or new connection, the phone comes with a warranty. This warranty covers any repairs for manufacturing faults and the phones are sent away to be repaired by our engineers. You can view details on our repairs procedure here. There is also the option of the AppleCare Protection Plan.
Kind regards,
Jenny

If you were to cancel a contract before the contract is up,i know you have to pay the full amount for the contract still. I rang vodafone if i could pay the bill weekly as i couldn't afford it all at once with it being £694 and they said they can't do that so was just wondering if anyone else has went through the same as me and has anyone got any ideas0

Hi,
Can someone please give me the email/address to write to about my experience with Vodafone...I'd like to complain.
I bought a sim only deal (30day contract) last week for £20/mth to give me 900 min / unlimited text, 500mb internet and unlimited voda to voda calls. I ordered on-line and had an email confirming this.
I transferred my number to over to them and got it transferred on the 11th....I rang up voda to check everything was ok and to my surprise I was told I have signed for the £25/mth contract and not £20!!!! I have email and screen shots to prove that I signed up for the £20/mth it was on voda website but since they've changed it a bit around and the deal is no longer available. However, voda are not believing me even though I said I can prove it!
So I'm going to write to them with the proof as I should only be paying £20/mth and not £25, what they are trying to charge me!!! I'm very unhappy!!!

You are getting this hassle a week in and are still considering giving them your business?
If it's coverage then go to Asda mobile as they use Vodafarce, but the customer service is a lot betterbaldly going on...0 -

Hi Kirsty,
Thanks for your reply..much appreciated. I have sent your web relations team the following email and will report back on any progress for the forum members:
Hi,
I bought a sim only deal (30day contract) about a week ago for £20/mth to give me 900 min / unlimited text, 500mb internet and unlimited Voda to Voda calls. I ordered on-line and had an email confirming this deal.
I have also transferred my number over to Vodafone and got it transferred on the 11th August....I rang up your CS to check everything was OK and to my surprise I was told I have signed up for the £25/mth contract and not £20! I have an email and screen shots of the website to prove that I signed up for the £20/mth, it was on Vodafone website at the time of order.
I have since noticed this deal is no longer available & has been removed. However, I can prove that the deal was live at the time of order and I am being called basically a 'liar' by your CS. I am very unhappy..I would be grateful if you could please investigate this further.
Many Thanks, Ash0
