You obviously haven't learned from all those other people you say have been through the same issue. It's also obvious that a few pounds are worth more to you than your external credit history for the next six years. You didn't ask a question to be read and merely produced a rant.

You don't need to be very clever at all to avoid both. Obviosuly, you aren't.

Thanks for sorting the problems with my accounts, Lee. Nice to see after dealing with so much garbage spouted from the majority of the Vodafone "customer service" staff I've dealt with, for what was initially a pretty simple issue, that someone actually has the ability to get things resolved.
"Kids respect landlords. I think it's the keys."
  • Likewise to dezza. Lee phoned me today and was calm, reassuring and on the ball, unlike the Vodafone customer support staff I dealt with, who had only seemed to make matters worse. And there was no awful background noise or minutes on hold spent listening to "I'm a man, I'm a man" !!!Thank you Lee.

So the time has come (the walrus said) to upgrade! So far I have two online chats without managing to upgrade. I have also spent thirty minutes x 2 on phone calls to 191 (upgrade) repeatedly being told 'we are really busy at the moment'
I must have a perverse need to try to upgrade and go through Vodafone's seamless upgrade process (not).
I would like to upgrade so if someone from planet Vodafone could contact me that would be great. I wait in hope but from past experience with this process many disappointments are on the way.
    Anyway keep smiling (lol)

I attempted to post a message to Lee following the instructions above - and received the following message on submission of the form "Sorry, we're making a few tweaks. We'll be back soon." This sums up my experience with Vodafone - does nothing work as it is supposed to? Over one week and counting for a SIM Activation/SIM Swap ...

I won`t bother trying to answer this tripe. My complaint is being dealt with. If you don`t have anything helpful to say to people I suggest you find another ego trip.

    Hi dezza and whynotgoforit,

Thanks for updating the thread to confirm that your queries are resolved.

glenngill35 - If you haven't been able to get your upgrade resolved either over the phone or online, you can upgrade in your nearest Vodafone store.

tdighton - I did try to call you yesterday and replied to your email asking you when you'd be free.

I'll call you again later this afternoon.

Anon - If you're still having problems with the Contact us form, email me with a contact number only at eforum.web@help.vodafone.co.uk.

To make sure it reaches me, please quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line.

    Kind regards,

    Lee

You just did. Your usual ludicrous rambling.
